Really nice hotel, but it smells like mildew on the room floors and inside the rooms. I had to buy a plugin air freshner to get rid of the smell.

Old, tired and marginally clean rooms. Breakfast costs extra. Good location. Easy access, food and gas is nearby. I would not stay here again. Staff was polite. Bathroom was not very clean. Couldn’t wait to leave. Better hotels nearby. AC works

While this hotel has a great location once the 4am traffic starts you'll hear it depending on your room location. This hotel is right on 64, we were in room 326 & traffic was our alarm clock. I would certainly stay here again opting for a room as far away from 64 as possible! Breakfast isn't included ~ they do have a hot & cold buffet you can pay for ~ save your money & head to The Original Pancake House instead! I used Priceline to book our stay. The rate, including tax & fees was still cheaper than the hotels website even w/my Hilton rewards :( Marleena checked me in and was fantastic!

I am a Diamond member, and have been a HHonors member for many years, and I always stay at Hilton properties. I keep a list of Hilton properties I would never stay at again, and this just made the list. Upon arrival, there was no bottled water in the room, no remote and no desk lamp. This sounds pretty petty, but after just driving for five hours, I didn't feel like running back and forth to the desk to supply the room. There was "stuff" on the overhead light in the bathroom which should have been removed. Also, the handle on the sink had the hot and cold sides reversed. Somebody could have been terribly scalded when turning on the cold water. The a/c emitted a terrible odor, and the odor stayed in the room even when not running. There was a fan going in the hall by the elevator, so I wondered if there had recently been a water issue on that floor. The breakfast was a disaster. After toasting a slice of bread four times, it was still white. The young girl in charge didn't know how to adjust the conveyer belt toaster. No egg whites, and the scrambled eggs on the buffet were like rubber. The bacon was overcooked. While these things may seem minor, they do matter and should be addressed.

We had 8 rooms. Toilets not all flushing. Ac'a not all working. Urine smells and other odors in the rooms. One bed completely broken. Had to rig it ourselves for sleep. Just a joke of a hotel. Not worth it unless your goal is to be close to walmart.

Shower would not drain in Room 408. Had to pack everything up & move to another room. Bathrooms are dated and hair left behind. Some minor construction going on in lobby. Had to pay for breakfast. No weights in fitness center.

I had few issues as keys not working, coffee machine and request cleaning daily none have been answered during my stay. They dont care about their clients, not even replied to many requests during my stay. Noisy rooms and poor customer service

I have been a Diamond member for years, and have a degree and past profession in the hospitality industry, and this property has some things they could improve on. Positives: Room was clean, AC worked great, front desk staff was nice, and attempted to make things right. Restaurant staff was nice, but didn't have the full customer service approach. And, the evening bartender was nice, too. Negatives during my visit: Room fridge froze my soft drinks, which ruined them, and the hotel store did not have any diet drinks. When I went to the desk to ask for a replacement, they did not have any in the store, and I asked about the bar fountain drinks, and was told they didn't have diet soda. They did end up on my last night offering me a coke zero to replace one of the sodas that was ruined in the fridge (another positive). Room: Wallpaper and bathroom very outdated. A few of the lights in the room did not turn on. For the love of the Lord, please bring back daily housekeeping!! Just having new towels and taking out the trash, and making the bed would be awesome! Hotels have stopped doing this, but they still charge the same prices, and back in the day, you got daily services!! Breakfast: It was HORRIBLE! (They had omelets on the board, but were not offering them that day) I asked for fried eggs white, which confused the first person I asked, and then the cook figured out what I was asking for. When they gave them to me, they were yellow, because of all the oil they used on the griddle. I took one bite and had to spit it out. It tasted like a dirty griddle and straight oil. I also asked the server if they had diet coke, which they did (but the day before, the desk told me they didn't), so that was my only beverage for my very expensive breakfast. When she brought me my check, I signed, gave my tip and she walked off. Then she came back to me and said that she forgot to ring up the FOUNTAIN diet coke. And, I was charged like $3 for a diet coke. I mentioned to her that I didn't agree with that charge, and told her about the frozen coke zero incident (she could've cared less) and I just signed the bill. I worked from the lobby and went back to the server and asked for a refill for my diet coke, and she told me that since I left the breakfast are, it wasn't free, but she would refill my FOUNTAIN drink (in a small cup) but couldn't do it again. Like, really?? It is a fountain machine, and I didn't drink your juice or coffee! And, I told her about my frozen/ruined drinks and that the store had no diet soda. She just looked at me. Evening Bar...well, if you want to call sitting at a counter top, with no place to put your legs, a bar...The server was sweet. The red wine was HOT, not room temp. They keep it in a glassed cabinet and it just cooks in there with no ventilation. Then the drink selections were very minimum. Ice machine on my floor didn't work the entire time, and the desk led me to believe that that is not a surprise. Charging units in the lob

I am a Diamond member and have a lot of experience within the Hilton chain for over 20 years. This rating was based on dirty carpet, room location and maintenance items in room. Desk clerk didn’t know there was NO hot tub. Quality of breakfast items. I would not return.
