The staff handled the issue quickly, but the cleanliness was terrible. Upon entering, I noticed a ton of long hair clinging to the bathroom walls. Although we cleaned it up, I still felt unclean the entire night. Even the towels were darker than the floor mat. It was the towels that were the darker part; thankfully, we brought disposable bath towels. After my youngest son washed his hair, I discovered the hair dryer was broken. The replacement made a creaking noise when I turned it on, but there wasn't much air, so I didn't wash my hair that night. The duvet cover on one of the comforters hadn't been cleaned and was clearly stained. The comforter was thick and uncomfortable, which kept me awake all night. The breakfast was also mediocre. The body lotion had a stale smell, suggesting it was expired. For over 3,000 yuan a night, it was completely unworthy.

We had a lovely greeting and a pleasant suprise our room was ready early so we were able to go straight to the room.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Lovely toiletries in bathroom.
The staff throughout were always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good although a few items were not replenished for quite a while.
We have stayed previously as location is excellent and we are always happy with the service and standard.

We had 2 queen beds which were lovely and comfortable. Had requested quiet room and it certainly was and we had a good nights sleep. Lovely breakfast and plenty of choice. Extremely convenient location. Would book again.
