Stayed here recently for 5 days. Fantastic experience here. Staff are unbelievably helpful. Didn’t get all the names of staff but Dave in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a couple of parking issues were sorted immediately. The car parking situation is the only real issue I would have with the hotel as it is a small car park and spaces are on a first come basis but this would definitely not deter me from returning. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean.Easy 10 minute walk into town and nice walkways along the canal which runs alongside the hotel. If you don’t want a noisy awakening around 6.30am from the gym music below stay away from the first floor rooms,although this didn’t bother us at all as we were happy to be up early

The hotel has new facilities and is convenient for travel. It is convenient to Cheshire Outlets and Chester City. There is a large Waitrose supermarket next to the hotel, similar to Hippo Sam's in China.
