We stayed for one night at The Seven and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the room was very well furnished, plenty of space and spotless. The lady who met us at reception and showed us to the room was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, a nice quiet residential area Just a few minutes walk to the shops restaurants and centre of town

Beautiful little hotel, perfect location next to racecourse and just a couple of streets away from bars, restaurants and shops. We booked a 3 night stay and were thrilled to be offered an upgrade to the recently opened apartment on top floor (The Paddock). Tracy is amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Texting details of door codes, parking directions, prior to our arrival to ensure there were no problems. We managed to reserve a parking space at the property for our stay which was great. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, with everything you need. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel .

Stayed in Room 4 in April 2025. Amy greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Showed us to our room. We had all the necessary codes emailed to us to get in in case there was no one on reception, which was helpful. Nicely decorated and had a massive bath in the separate bathroom. On a quiet street right by the city walls and the racecourse. Limited parking round the back, but fine whilst we were there. Only 7 rooms in the building so feels special. A 5 minute walk to the centre where there are numerous cafes and places to eat as there's no food served on site.

What a lovely hotel, so welcoming and friendly. We had a suite, lovely room, space for our teenager too so didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor is beautiful and very clean, you can tell they all really take pride in the hotel. Very handy location too, little cafe around the corner for breakfast. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return. Thank you ☺️

We stayed for two nights for the first time and have to say that we had a lovely time. Tracy, the host, was amazing. She could not have been more helpful. The room was lovely. It was clean and had everything you expect. Parking was a great bonus. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay
Absolutely amazing, from the communication before the stay to the second we checked out. Loved our stay so much. Tracy was so lovely and friendly and really welcoming.

Clean room, friendly staff. Very warm room.
The room was clean, staff very helpful before stay, informing me of places I could dine nearby.
Unfortunately the room was very hot, I was unable to alter the thermostat. There was a fan in the room, so I presume this is a common complaint.

Well worth a visit
We booked this at the last minute and was not disappointed whatsoever.
I a good position to go into Chester, close to everything.
The room was very good indeed and the staff we brilliant.
