Was extremely disappointed in the front desk on duty. My daughter an art project she had been working on for over a month that was the next week. She brought it with her to work on while at her volleyball tournament. She accidentally left it and when it was discovered I called back even asking to offer a reward but the front desk associate showed no compassion and was a little rude. It was very clear that this was valuable and it would have been nice to have received a phone call instead of throwing it away. In addition the door did not close on its own. You had to put pressure on it to close as well as it made a huge noise when it did close. Very unsafe. The shower had a little mold in it. The front desk associate who was working the evening shift was not kind

Stayed there for a volleyball tournament. The door to room 328 does not close properly. It gets stuck and you have to forcibly shut the door and makes a loud sound. I had a dirty towel in bathroom. Called for a new one. The towel that was given to me by Laura or Lauren at the front desk was not folded. Looked like she pulled from some where. Had to smell it to make sure it was clean. I requested in my reservation for linens for the sofa pull out. Had to call for that as well. Took a shower and there is mold in area at the bottom of the shower-Room 328 Lastly, my daughter was working on a very important project-sketch in which she had been working on for over a month. We left for the tournament early and she left the sketch. When she discover she forgot I immediately called the hotel and asked someone can check and said was told it was not there. I asked Lauren or Laura if she can have some check where they discarded it and I would pay a reward for it as it was extremely important. She replied no one is going to check the trash for it. Extremely disappointed. Also appears to be short staffed.
