I’m a rewards member and only stay at Hyatt locations. We decided on this location because it was close to our family reunion park. The Room was warm and hotel hallway had a stale smell.

Beds were comfortable, shower actually had good pressure. Would have liked a bigger fridge for the time I was there. Renovating was going on but it overall was a good stay

Love everything about the rooms. Very spacious, comfy bed, nice tiled shower, and enough seating in the front area. Felt just like home. Staff also did a great job. They made sure everything was ok and greeted us everytime they saw us. Bar does need to be restocked. Oh and the price is not bad.

Hotel was under renovation and use of first floor was limited. However, overall the hotel, staff, and breakfast were good. Needed to upgrade their overall cleanliness aside from the construction zone.

We arrived late and the front desk staff was very accommodating. We have a nicely renovated room on the 3rd floor that was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Bathrooms are tiny but the sinks outside the room are a nice set up. They're still finishing up some renovations to the lobby, but it will be even nicer when it's done. Convenient 24-hour Wawa next door.

First, I need to say that after much complaining, I did receive a refund for my one night stay. The sheets had stains on them, bath tub was chipped . As thehotel is being renovated, no mention of iit when making the reservations . The floor we were on smelled like onions cooking. We were told the workers who stay on that floor use air fryers, electric frying pans and other cooking appliances to eat. ISNT THAT A FIRE HAZZARD?
DONT STAY HERE! The only positiveI had was Tavon at the front desk in the morning. He was empathetic and without hesitation refunded my money
