The hotel has a swimming pool and basketball court, which is very suitable for older children. Guests staying in the hotel can make an appointment to take photos with Captain America at the Super Hero Station and experience Marvel scenes. The hotel's buffet dinner is very surprising, with French, American, and Chinese cuisines. Room service is also very fast.
The only drawback is that some staff members have no smiles at all and speak rudely, which makes children uncomfortable. This is the closest to the studio park.

We enjoyed it a lot. There was not enough time to explore both the parks and everything the hotel had to offer. Fantastic view of the fireworks

Best Hotel we've ever stayed in, 1st class service,rooms cleaned daily,staff so helpful, concierge service great. 10 -15 mins walk to disney.They took our cases to room and took them to taxi on way home. Decor is out of this world. Beautiful at night when all illuminated. Well worth a little bit more in price

Overall, an excellent experience staying at the Marvel-themed hotel. We stayed in the Empire State Club Room with a half-board package. On arrival, we were escorted to a separate reception area designated for this room level to avoid queuing (not that the queues at the main reception ever looked bad). After a quick check-in, we headed to the park and later received a text with our room number. The room was ideal for our family of four, featuring two comfortable double beds. The room felt modern, as does much of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with decent-quality food and not overly busy. The afternoon tea available to us was less impressive; we tried it once and didn’t bother the following day. The staff are excellent—so helpful and polite. We enjoyed the hotel’s bars in the evening, and it’s great that children are welcome there with you. Our only complaint in an otherwise impressive stay is the soundproofing between adjoining rooms. While we didn’t hear anything from the corridors, or from above or below, it was quite easy to hear noise from the adjoining room when guests were near the door. I’d definitely return—an excellent hotel.

L' hôtel est super propre, le personnel est vraiment agréable, la chambre est vraiment très confortable, hotel propose des séances photos avec des super héros Marvel . Le parking est à côté de l' hôtel gratuit est sécurisé, de l' hôtel au parc , il y a 10 mns a pieds. Je recommande cet établissement.

Had an amazing stay at the Disney Hotel New York. The hotel smells beautiful throughout, the staff are attentive and friendly, the decor is chic and modern. We went as a family of 5 and felt the rooms were of a good size. As a Disney hotel, there's the added bonus of the extra magic hour at the park and the parks are within close proximity of the hotel. Estivemos no hotel num período de 3 dias, para visitarmos os parques da Disney. O hotel fica dentro do complexo da Disney, com fácil acesso. E quem se hospeda nos hotel tem acesso prioritário antes da abertura dos parques. A estrutura do hotel é excelente. São ótimo. Café da manhã excelente. Quartos muito bons. Possui as lojinhas da Disney e bons restaurantes. O único detalhe que não gostamos foi que “perdemos” nosso ticket de fotos no parque e não quiseram nos dar outro e tivemos que adquirir um novo, sendo que poderiam providenciar outro enfim.. recomendo demais!

En faille 2 chambres 1 x 2 adultes 1x 1 adulte et 2 enfants. Réception aucune information données, sur l’emplacement des chambres, avons mis 40 minutes pour trouver nos chambres, car il y a 2 ailes, aucune indication sur le lieux des petits déjeuner non plus! 2 petites bouteilles d’eau par chambre pour 3 jours ! Mini bar vide Room service n’amène que champagne, vin, bières en chambres. Pour le reste faut aller au bar…. Isolation phonique inexistante Aucune pression d’eau Pour aller à la piscine faut téléphoner au room service pour avoir des peignoirs, qui mettent 3 plombes à arriver. Ne vaut certainement pas 4*, beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations offertes. Nous avons été déçus de cet hôtel nous n’y reviendrons pas. Les 3 seules choses de bien c’est la literie, le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement par rapport au parc. Ne vaut pas 4*, beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations offertes.
