No bugs what so ever in the room we stayed in. They do pest control consistently and it shows. The manager is awesome, she is very professional and friendly, you can tell she likes her job. Maintenance is on top of everything.

Simply put...From the time that I stepped in the office to apply for extended stay, I was welcomed and greeted by "Alesus" {the front desk clerk} Her smile and greeting was genuine and sincere ...She made the application process seem easy and unintrusive. The property was well kept by a property professional named Mr. Davis. The House keeping staff, {especially Ms. Brown} was exceptional and of course professional showing attention to detail and curtesy. Would I recommend In Town Suites? Especially the Chesapeake Va. "Old Greenbrier Rd" Property? Yes...I Roland H., do highly Recommend this extended stay property!

On their website, the photos they use show pristine brand new rooms. The rooms are in fact disgusting -- dirty, smelly, furniture in poor repair, etc. Put my daughter in here while waiting for college move-in day, and when I managed to get over and see her a couple days later and saw the room, I moved her out. Everyone from property management to corporate will pretty much just laugh at you and say haha, gotcha. NO REFUND. They should be sued for false advertising. Do not do business with them / do not stay here!
