Booked a room last Saturday for a function I was travelling to. When I got to the hotel room there was food lying around and no bed clothes. Had to find another hotel and missed half the function I had travelled for. Terrible standards

I think this hotel has some of the best employees!! They all are so nice and try to help brighten your day if you aren't having a good one. Rayvon and Shannon are the best! Ms Glenda, and Ms Tracey the housekeepers, always greet you with a smile, always willing to try and help you with any of your needs. We will definitely come back just because of the staff alone. Thanks Woodspring Sentinel crew for making our stay more enjoyable for just being pleasant!

Been staying here at the woodsprings for 3 weeks now the staff is awesome they always help me out if I need any help rooms are clean pet friendly they do a great job and I love staying here I'd recommend it to anybody

I enjoy my stay very old but extremely. Clean room management was great. I called in my reservation and spoke with crystal. She would very polite and the manager, miss big. I would recommend this location very quiet. Peaceful, I stay for 2 weeks and had no probwe'll be back. We'll be back for a conference in December. I hope to see the same people. The entire staff was wonderful.

Let me start out by saying I was told not to come to this location because of the location however I had no choice but to choose this location and OMG yes it’s a older building however it was Suppa clean staff was amazing the GM walked me to the room to look at it and the front desk person was super friendly very impressive

Friendly staff and after a long day travelling by air, got to the hotel 1.5 hours early and the front desk checkin is 3pm , they made me feel important and worked to get me into a room asap
