Very rude and disrespectful/ dirty room
Me and my fiancé had traveled here for my birthday . When we first got there the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful smh . I do not recommend this hotel . Bad experience and very unprofessional. I went to look at the room and it was dirty and not clean , was missing towels and the blankets and sheets were dirty they have blood stains and urine stains . I went to ask nicely for towels and sheets and she had attitude and was being very rude she yelled at me and say she clean the room . She stated she changed the tops sheets only and refused to give me new sheets and towel . Refuse to place me in another room . The bathroom had use tissue and shower curtain had mildew. At that point I didn’t want to stay there at all . She lied and say she didn’t check me in and my ID didn’t match the booking which was a lie . Because I already check in smh . Never will I book here again . Do not waste your money please

So nany things wrong, 1 no towels, 2 cockroaches feces all over the place, 3 Tv didn't work, 4 and worse part the front desk Lady actitud when i call to ask for someone to fix the tv she said check out if you don't like it call ******* see you in court don't know what to make out of that , she show mental health problems

There was couple next door to us that was screaming and fighting the WHOLE EVENING throughout the night the police were called due to all there fighting. The tv DIDNT WORK i called and called the front desk they didnt do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL GUYS DO NOT ITS NOTHING BUT JUNKIES AND NASTY PEOPLE THAT ARE STAYING THERE THAT THE STATE JS PAYING TO LIVE THERE.

It's an ok place to stay but for 80.00 a night there shouldn't be so much stuff out of order. The soda machine, the snack machine, the coffee and juice machine the sink in the lobby,the elevator. The blanket on the bed that was more like a curtain 3 tiny pillows on a huge bed, the heater that we set to 70 and it was definitely hotter then that so we either were too hot or froze and the fridge barely closed because the freezer part was so frozén over you can't use it. It would be nice if it was cleaner and everything worked and the desk clerk didn't talk on the phone to someone else while checking you in.
