The room was spacious and reasonably clean. The platform showed a $1 city tax, but the front desk actually charged a $5 city tax. The breakfast had limited variety and was average. Overall, it was average, not a great value.

Quality inn is unprofessional
Wasn’t able to stay, I booked my room 10 days in advance. Quality inn cancelled my reservation without informing, I was told I got a phone call but no messages. Had to scramble for another place to stay in the middle of the night because quality was fully booked

There was a Spot on the counter looked like someone spit. I let the front desk know, asked for another room , I was told none available.
Spider on the ceiling. The bathroom door looked like someone banged in to it, had holes. Very loud neighborhood. Not recommended.

The first room i was given the window shade would not come down and the front desk person didnt want to give me another room. The next room had a telephone with no cord, a iron with no ironing board, a microwave that did not work.

Checked out as soon as I saw the room spelled like bleach. Totally didn't work. It was the worst room I ever saw in my life. Did not stay one minute. Still waiting on a refund

They charge a "service" fee above the rate paid to *******. Also must pay for a security deposit, but do not want to give you a receipt for it. Clerk struggled with the payment terminal. Very unprofessional.

You get your money's worth for a bargain hotel.
However, I did not like the surprise $20 service charge, payable at check-in.
I did not like the free breakfast - no hot food except the waffle machine, no high-protein food at all (no eggs, no bacon or sausage, no yogurt).
I did not like the man at the front desk overnight - I think he said whatever he needed to say to get the person in front of him to go away, regardless of how true or false it was.

TERRIBLE
I was there for 4 nights and the only night room service came to clean to my room was the first day & that was because I called in to have someone come at around 3pm. Another thing I noticed was 2 cockroaches as soon as I got there. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as I got there I had to ask for a broom to sweep my whole room. The were hair and dust all over the floor as if nobody had swept. Before I left I asked if I could get compensation and I did not get the help I needed. The owners & staff need to do better. I should be compensated full refunded on my first night when I seen those cockroaches and stayed across the street at the other hotel. I’m very much upset I feel like my trip was a waste:(
Also there were some weird men on the 2nd floor. There was a guy that kept peeking through his door everytime I walked by making me super uncomfortable. DOO BETTERRR!!!!
