Very clean hotel .And front desk people were very friendly and after checking in remembered my name and spoke anytime I went thru the lobby .A+ hotel amd highly recommended them next time you are in the area.

Perfectly adequate hotel. Rooms spacious. Decor had a few dings. Breakfast good. Pool small but well maintained. One thing I couldn’t understand. Seemed to be several staff without uniform… no name plates or anything to distinguish them… and wearing sports clothes/baseball caps. Just didn’t seem right.

Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Great for an overnight stay near Virginia Beach. Very family friendly. Breakfast was subpar. Elevators could use an upgrade. A couple times it felt like the elevator stopped working mid-way.

Great front desk and breakfast, room service is terrible. Asked for full room service also asking for mold in shower to be cleaned. Did not come, mentioned lack if service to front desk. Next day got a new washcloth bath towel. Recycling bin emptied, no need to dump trash as I did self service and vacuumed day before. Mold still in tub and sheets from last week not changed out.

This Hotel has the best staff! We stayed for 4 nights to visit family in the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and was changed up a little daily. The best part was the staff that went above and beyond for our entire visit. A member of our family is a special needs/ Autistic adult. The staff made a point of learning her name. They made her feel so welcome, and were always so sweet to her. It made our stay so nice. We will definitely be come by here again!

Pros: Front Desk was nice and gave great customer service. My room was clean. Elevators and Ice Machines worked. The outlets in the room worked. Cons: The shower was leaking from behind the wall and ceiling. Made a mess in the bathroom because of this leak. The towel rack was rusted. There is no fan in the bathroom. The store that they had inside of the hotel did not have water. They did not even have complementary water in the room. The channels on the TV did not have a clear picture. The stay was not bad for one night but I wouldn't have want to stay more than one night. They need to refresh their upgrades because the plumbing isn't right.

They have no right to interfere with a custody battle. Management crossed the line by falsely accusing me of drug and alcohol use also stating I damaged their property. I’ve submitted evidence to show.

Pros: - Good value when compared to same hotel in Virginia Beach - Close to I-64 and I-64 - Less than 2 minute drive to lots of shops and restaurants. - Cleanliness - Good hot breakfast - There's a sofabed in case you need it - Plenty of parking spaces - There's a divider between bedroom and the sofabed Cons: - Freeway noises - Indoor pool was closed, no reason displayed - Door to back parking lot was always unlocked and people can walk straight to the elevator - White floors of elevators always look dirty. Carpets or darker floor tiles will help. - Annoying green light from thermostat.
