The location is good. It's very convenient to go to Bicester and Oxford. Parking is free. There's a supermarket next to it. It's surrounded by residential areas and it's very quiet. You can order breakfast according to your preference. The staff are very friendly and considerate. They can also play bowling.

Food cold. Staffing poor. Overpriced. Badly managed. Should be knocked down and replaced with a proper bar and restaurant. Finishings are shabby and the hotel is over marketed. It is located on a prime piece of land purely because it is owned by the property development company that builds the houses. The people living on that housing estate have nowhere else to go as this is the only place to eat and drink on the estate. There is no public transport in the evenings and no taxi service. Taxis have to be ordered from Bicester and charge to come out and go back.There is a prevalence of drink drivers who live at the other end of the estate.

Lovely atmosphere and great service. Mia the waitress was really helpful and the food was lovely. Beef ragú is highly recommended, burgers were huge and although we didn’t have the pizzas they looked good as well. Easy to park the car and they also have a bowling alley!

Lovely stay at the Heyford. House keeping wasnt great, however The staff made it a truly great experience. I cannot say how much they made our week special. Tilly, Lauren , Michael and Emily. The menu was amazing. Lots of other staff too but, 😊 ❤️ Thanks

The events team were absolutely fantastic. Really accommodating, incredibly helpful and replied very quickly to our last minute request to book a dining room. We are incredibly grateful and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much

We hired the bowling lanes last weekend and had a great time! Such a fab set up with the private bowling, perfect for families/friends and groups. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and food in the bar area after was delicious! Lovely afternoon will definitely return.

Hotel was great, bowling great, restaurant atmosphere lovely however food let it down, been here a couple of times and never had an issue, but this time round food standard had definitely gone down. Tasmin was fantastic, in the restaurant!

We went there for a wedding party that was a great success, well done! All the staff during our 2-night stay were absolutely brilliant. Special mention for Tamsin in the restaurant but honestly everyone was great. Our room 101 was bright and clean, spacious enough to have had a larger bed and an armchair, sadly that was not the case. Not enough places for clothes etc. As for the huge lovely bathroom ... the wash basin is ridiculously tiny and difficult to use, and there is no towel rail. The Baton restaurant bar is fabulous, with outside tables overlooking the green. We ordered the Korean pork belly and the meat was delicious. But the Asian slaw was green leaves plus shredded cabbage & carrots with no dressing, just sort of thrown on the plate. As for "Gochuchang mayo fries", we were served regular French fries that arrived cold. Beware the very good full English breakfast!! You need to be very hungry. Special mention for the young chef who really knows how to scramble eggs!
