Great experience and firsr class rooms. Had a great time with my colleagues, Ahmed at the Reception was extremely helpful and kind and helped us sort out some last kinute changes.Would definitely recommend for business and family outings

I booked for a reunion with friends. Staff were extremely helpful, especially James, on reception, who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, spacious, with a great view over the golf course. We had food in the bar on the first night , this was well presented and tasty. The following night, we had booked dinner in the restaurant, which was a delight. The waitresses were very attentive and set an ambient mood. We all had treatments in the spa, which were all done to a high standard, and made us feel pampered and relaxed. A special thank you goes to Daoud , who received a number of calls from me prior to our stay . He remained patient and helped change the booking to suit our needs. Overall the staff are a credit to the hotel for their ability to make their guests feel very welcome , in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you

Good value, comfortable accommodation and well cared for, fairly flat, well designed so not boring, golf course generally for middle/higher handicappers. Did not use health facilities although they looked good. Reception friendly and helpful. Literally only quibbles were garmin golf watches did not work for us on the golf course, would have used the bar more but drinks cost on the high side and discretionary service charged added automatically in restaurant although why not stated on menu?

Lovely welcome (Thank you, Philip 😊) Very nice room, overlooking internal garden. Evening dinner was also very good and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The only negative, which seems to be a common problem with hotel bathrooms - the basin plug - 'pop up' does not work, which is annoying and a shocking waste of water. (room 48 and reported to housekeeping). Would still choose this hotel if I am in this part of the country again! The staff are excellent!
