Woodspring Suites Cherry Hill

This was a first class stay. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Amidst these challenging times, the staff placed health and safety as a #1 priority. The exercise equipment in the gym was clean and well maintained. I presented a billing question to the Manager, Kimberly Jones who provided a thorough explanation which satisfied my concerns. She is a throwback to the ”Good Ole Days” when hospitality use to value the customer. I am well traveled which has afforded me the opportunity to stay at many hotels both domestically and internationally. The Wood Springs Suites in Cherry Hill, NJ provides an exceptional customer experience; thus I would recommend this property to my colleagues, relatives and friends

This hotel is similar to the average three-star hotel in China. It is old, far from the city, needs a car, there is a big supermarket around, there is a lot of things inside, parking is free.

My friend and I booked 2 separate rooms at the Cherry Hill extended stay. When we arrived to check in, after a 3 hour drive, I was told that there were no rest rooms that I could use until I checked in my room. When I finally did arrive in my room, my bathroom was filthy so I had to clean it before I could use it. My friends kitchen floor was so dirty that our shoes stuck to it. There were black flies all over my friends bathroom and kitchen sink. While doing laundry the next day in a laundry room where only 1 washer worked and I had to pay $4 to dry 1 load of laundry, I met an older lady... She told me that she had laundry on the second floor that she was not able to bring down herself. I offered to do it for her and quickly regretted my decision. Turns out that the 2 bags of laundry were in the hallway (directly across the hall from my friends room) were full of towels covered in Feces with a rip in the bag. The stench that was coming from the bag was so unbearable I thought I might pass out and it was also covered in bugs, the Same kind that were occupying my friends room. My friend gathered her stuff and came to stay in my room. We were told that there were no rooms available for my friend to move too. My toilet proceeded to break and no solution was offered. After shift change an available room magically became available at 12 am. We packed out things at 12am and the room the moved us to was also filthy and there was a huge bug on the bathroom floor. After getting some sleep at 5am we accidentally over slept and we were harassed the entire time that we showered to get out of the room. I have put in 3 complaints to corporate and was told I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours and 6 days later have yet to hear from corporate. Worst experience of my life.

I was very happy with my stay here for a weekend soccer tournament. The hotel is centrally located near the soccer tournament and Philly. I had a problem with my key and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good as well with a variety of hot and cold foods. We also were able to do a team bonding in the breakfast area for dinner and did smores outside. The rooms are spacious and have a full size refrigerator and stove.

Our stay was terrible. If we could give this location 0 stars out of 5 we DEFINITELY would. We booked the pool room suite, suite 130, for two nights. Immediately upon arrival we noticed several big problems. For one, the toilet would barely flush, the ironing board provided in the room is basically a sliding board, and the hot water in the shower did not work. We tried to overlook these issues, and then, unfortunately more issues became apparent. The bed smells like mold and began to trigger health issues with my wife, the jacuzzi tub had mold coming out of the jets, was dirty, and you could not turn the hot water completely off. The refrigerator in the room was broken and so much more. When we spoke to management they shrugged it off and told us to ”e-mail management” which we did. We never heard anything back and when we contacted them again for follow up they hung up. This place is a nightmare and is not worth the price.
