DO NOT BOOK HERE! THEY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS WITHOUT WARNING. THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED ON FACEBOOK MULTIPLE TIMES. Me and my colleague had a reservation for 4 nights stay, we turn up and his reservation had been cancelled, we checked when it was cancelled and it was on the day of the check-in. We'd been on a flight from the uk all day and we're completely shocked how this could happen. The staff said they were overbooked and no rooms for the next 5 nights. We were offered no compensation or explanation, only saving grace was they booked us into another hotel, which we could have done ourselves anyway.

This review is more about the service than the property itself. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite Member and I booked a room at this hotel for this past Saturday night. I even went through the mobile app to check in as I normally do with my arrival time being late in the evening (11pm) since I was traveling from out-of-town. Once I arrived at the hotel around 11pm-ish I was told that my reservation was not going to be honored because they over-booked and didn't have room for me. I was astonished as I believed I would get better treatment than this from a Marriott property. I received no notification at all, no email, no call, no text message...just in the middle of the night a sorry we cannot honor our commitment to you and provide a place to stay. There were little to no alternatives within reason as well. Either everyone in the vicinity was booked (at least they gave the courtesy to let you know) or the price was 4x's normal. I winded up sleeping in my car at a rest stop. Thank you Residence Inn Cherry Hill...this is an experience I will not soon forget!!!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, safe, friendly employees, and a very good value. The nice check in lady gave us a upgrade. The room was a little older but was clean and comfy beds. The breakfast was also good and checkout was easy.

Good hotel, with large bi- level rooms (perfect for families). Front desk staff were really kind, same as the ones in the dining area. Good free buffet breakfast. My only complaints would be that rooms need an update, and I didn’t like the fact that they were spread out in different buildings not connected to the main lobby. It felt a little bit unsafe, plus there were no elevators (not convenient when traveling with large suitcases as we did).
