The property is located just at the entry of cherrapunji and is very near to arwah caves, nohkalikai falls and others. What adds more is the excellent customer service of the hotel staff. Everything is very neat, clean and maintained.

Service is very poor. The intercom is not working. Every time go to reception for small small things. Pricing is very high as per services.

We stayed overnight and for that it was a good stay. Cozy and clean rooms. Water and other services intact. They had hot water for bath. In the morning the view was gorgeous.

Hotel location is perfect but they don't have ac in rooms on one table fan is there, even climate was not so chilled. Rest all is ok

Good hotel with poor maintenance, no proper response from staff. Reservation manager and hotel manager has no proper co ordination
