My stay at Hotel Polo Orchid Resort was absolutely delightful. The resort offers a serene and luxurious experience, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. As a member of the housekeeping department Shantanu very friendly staff take pride in ensuring that the rooms and facilities are always pristine. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the property made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this resort is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into a peaceful, well-maintained haven."

Good view and location. However, HIGHLY OVERPRICED! When we wnt, there was no water in the rooms and we were told that water tankers would come in and fill in the water tanks in some time. 20-30K per night is highly highly overpriced. The restaurant is good but again highly overpriced and the portion size too is less. Looks like these guys want to compete with the best 5 star brands but they do not understand that the service and other aspects are what make tjose brands what they are. Just an increased prices would not put you in that category :)

Location of property is excellent and overall it is nice. Staff are cooperative and good in serving. Room size, cleanliness is good. Need to improve food quality and breakfast menu needs to be improved. TV channels are not available since it is not recharged. No towel rack in bathroom as well as no dustbin in room. Swimming pool area is well maintained but need to put safety railing at valley end of deck for safety of kids.

We had a wonderful stay here at polo orchid resort in cherrapunjee Meghalaya , it has an amazing view From Rooms Best Sunrise View from Dew Drop Rooms.The staff here were kind,hard working and humble especially staff named khrawborlang warjri. it has an awesome restaurant with live singing at dinner time and makes the atmosphere romantic. It is also a good property to stay with your friends or family.thank you all for your wonderful services we are happy and we wiil come again soon.

We are Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the resort, the helpfulness of all the staff during our stay especially mr.khraw warjri who was very helpful at the resort. The breakfast was lovely and was at our expectation. The Location of the resort has a very good Seven Sister valley view from our Room's Balcony. The swimming pool looks very authentic has best mountain valley view. I would like to thanks to the Housekeeping team who had give us the best service and kept the cleanliness and Behaviour of the staff also was perfect.thank you all we will visit again.

We stayed in Polo Orchid and had great experience. The resort has an infinity pool and a spa where you can relax and have fun. The staffs are courteous and eager to help anytime during our stay especially staff named khrawborlang warjri who had been helpful during our stay. Also, it offers amazing views from the room and from its restaurant.it really was one of the best resort to stay in cherrapunjee.

The stay at Polo Orchid, Cherapunjee was excellent. We were given a room upgradation from log hut cabin to the Waterfall deck room. The room was very spacious, was well furnished and very clean. There was a spacious balcony with a bathtub and heater fitted . The room and balcony provided a breath taking view of the Seven Sisters Waterfalls. The washroom was spacious and very clean. Room service was very good . The staff were very courteous and ready to help. The ambience was so soothing. In The recreation zone tea-coffee and snacks were served in the evening which we came to know accidentally. The hotel reception should inform the guests about this service during the check in. The infinity pool had a very good view of the mountains , but as the water is not temperature controlled it was not possible for us to use it as it was quite cold. Food was average. The breakfast spread was lavish. The live music during dinner time further added to the ambience

We had great experience at the resort, specially the singing by Sita at the resort in the evening was amazing. She is an amazing live singer. She prepared all the songs we requested. This really made our day. Also the spa is extraordinary. I had massage by Sralanki. She is an amazing healer. We had great time at the resort.
