Couples trip. We loved it!! Comfortable bed and pillows, nice oversized chair, private balcony right on the river that you can walk to easily if desired, clean, smelled good, decent hot breakfast, can park right in front of your room, didn’t hear neighbors, a/c worked well, updated paint, helpful front desk staff, very close to the Q-something Island Park and Indian Village/drama (all of which I recommend). Yes, QI is a budget brand so obviously not as updated as a Hilton. But with all I just listed, what more could I want? Very satisfied.

This hotel is an excellent value. The facilities and rooms are up to date and everything is very clean. The staff was attentive and polite when needed. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was large and nicely furnished. We certainly would stay here again.

I called this hotel on Tuesday, April 1st, at 2:10 PM to inquire about booking 10 rooms for a group. The front desk agent answered, but as soon as I mentioned the group reservation, she hung up on me. I called back, and suddenly, she pretended not to hear me. Interesting how selective hearing works! It’s disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially from the front desk, which should be the face of hospitality. If handling group reservations is too much to ask, a simple, professional response would have been appreciated instead of these childish tactics. Maybe some customer service training would help—after all, turning away potential business isn’t exactly a smart move. I wish I had caught the agent’s name, but I’m sure her manager can check the schedule and provide her with a little extra training. It would definitely be in their best interest. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time here if this is how they treat potential guests.

Rooms are clean staff is very friendly Love The view close to everything we wanted to go to the ****** and we went to Bryson City and it was very enjoyable even went to a wine tasting it was great I would recommend this it was a wonderful weekend nice get away

I didn't not like my stay they wouldn't upgrade my room because I had already checked in so my balcony veiw was the parking lot....not river.thanks but i won't stay her again..thanks
