Great location and price (for area) place needs either some serious maintenance or upgrading or both. Fire alarm and evacuation triggered by a smoker at 8am was far from appreciated.

Check-in was much more difficult than my last stay, which was disappointing. There was no internet available during the visit, so the TV didn’t work at all. Also, the shower clearly needed maintenance. Overall, not the smooth experience I’d had previously.
No early exit key drop box which did lead to being late to conference.

Overall good experience. The rooms need a bit of TLC - scuff marks on walls and Verandah was dirty. But overall value for money is great. Staff are very friendly.

I love this place, customer service was fantastic, very accommodating of you have a special request. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, had everything you need and a giant verandah that wrapped right around the entire length of the apartment, complete with table and chairs and bbq. Spacious inside and out. Very secure and undercover parking. Prices are very very reasonable and you can also receive your breakfast box at no charge. I’d stay here again anytime

The elderly gentleman who prepared the breakfast was very friendly and kind, and made us feel right at home!
However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The cutlery and mugs were not washed properly, the shower head filter was really dirty and obviously hadn’t been changed in a long time. We also found mold on the large shower head.
The room was smelly and the balcony was dirty.

A small problem was quickly resolved and we received an upgrade. The room was really nice and mostly clean. Good location near the shopping mall. Free breakfast for everyone was also good.

Basic, comfortable room, walking distance to Chernside shopping centre. Facility is a little noisy, being able to hear neighboring doors opening and closing at all hours.
