Очень высокого качества отель - удобно, качественно, чисто и прекрасный персонал. Транспортная доступность к центру и новым оайонам. Останавливались семьёй - все, что нужно для деловой поездки или просто отдыха в отеле есть, а также прекрасные завтраки!

Жил в этом дворце целых 3 ночи. Обслуживание в гостинице отличное, дамы стараются на 5+, номера в целом более менее, но на мой субъективный взгляд 3,8 тыс за сутки за одноместный 10м2 номер Комфорт и простенькую меблю, локацию и пр. явно переоценено.. Ну да бог с ним. В общем, есть куда расти, а именно: 1. Фасад гостиницы и прилегающую территорию явно требуются облагородить. Сама локация, как говорится, грусть грусть вокруг, еще и здание гостиницы добавляет серости, а должно наоборот быть "лучом в темном царстве" на ул. Комарова. )) 2. Нужно организовать собственное нормальное кафе/бар в гостинице, чтобы были нормальные завтраки и была возможность вечером зайти перекусить и пр. 3. В туалетной комнате оч. влажно и даже промозгло, т.к нет никакого подогрева, соответственно, мне было не оч.комфортно. Поставил бы точно 8 из 10 баллов, ибо 4 мало, а 5 с большим авансом получается. Если 5 будем ставить собственник шевелиться и менять ничего не будет. Удачи и процветания бизнесу!
