When I was sleeping, someone suddenly knocked on the door and opened it at around 9 o'clock.
I had breakfast and had diarrhea, maybe the milk was not good.
The front desk was too inefficient. After checking out, I had to go back to the room to get something I forgot. I waited for more than 10 minutes but no one coordinated to get it for me.
The elevator was too slow. There were not many people, but I had to wait for a long time.
The advantage is that it is quiet and I slept well.

There was no towels for the first and second day of my stay , even I emphasized twice , no hot water at night or early morning .

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cheraga and had a wonderful experience.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful.
I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.

This is my third stay here and this is the first time that I am disappointed.
Housekeeping does a good job. Kudos to Fatma! She is very polite, courteous, and does an impeccable job.
The rest of the staff is globally kind but very confused. You have to wait for a long time to get an answer and when you do, it is unhelpful.
