トラブルがありましたが、正直にまた真摯に対応して頂きました。施設は清潔、アメニティーもそろっていました。フロントの接客も素晴らしいです。静かなホテルでゆっくりできました。また清州に行った時には泊まりたいホテルです。

I stayed here for 2 nights. On the first day, the hotel was clean and I thought it was pretty good.
On the second day, I asked for my room to be cleaned, but the bag and soap I brought from home were gone... (maybe they were thrown away?) I'm used to staying in hotels, but this is the first time I've seen a hotel throw away personal belongings that I might use. The soap was on a soap tray, but it was clearly larger and a completely different shape than the soap provided by the hotel. Would that be something someone would normally throw away??? The bag was in the same place where I kept my personal belongings, so I don't understand why they would throw it away.
So, I couldn't spend the second day in peace....

ホテル周辺はお店も少なく静かですが、10分も歩けば飲食店もたくさんあり不便は感じませんでした。お部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすく、スタッフの方々も親切でした。軽い朝食をいただけるのも嬉しかったです。とても満足できるホテルでしたのでリピート予定です！
