酒店蠻好的，大堂很大氣，前台小姐姐也很熱情。因為帶了小朋友，還贈送了一份早餐，早餐的魚粉味道不錯。去裕後街五嶺廣場也方便

住過幾次了，這次非常之失望，早上六點多，睡得正香，被外賣框框吵醒，結果是其他客户填錯了房間，這明顯是管理不到位，其實完全可以在特殊時段放外賣員上來之前簡單核對一下訊息，或者機器人核對派送，由此對本人造成了一系列傷害，首先是睡眠嚴重不足，吵醒之後很難再入睡，隔壁工地也開始框框框，其次補覺錯過早餐，匆忙空腹見客户，導致人狀態不太好，非常煩躁；其次酒店對此種重大失誤毫無應對經驗，並沒有第一時間致歉，退房時也毫無表示，表達不滿後才喊了個大堂副理過來，不痛不癢解釋，簡直是災難。
