空調效果超級差，聲音又大吵了一晚上，停車又不方便，隔音性能太差了，前台服務員態度也很不好，幾個人在一起聊天，愛理不理的。

2025年3月25日至28日，我們朋友一行10人來郴州旅遊，入住該酒店。 酒店的前台服務和其他服務人員的態度都是熱情周到。我們一到門口，就有禮賓人員幫我們提拿行李；前台看到我們是老年人，很耐心的幫我們辦理入住手續；入住期間，因為網絡原因，電視節目老是卡，當天擔任總值班的工程部經理接到我們的報修電話，很快來幫我們講明情況，解決問題… 酒店衞生管理到位，很是乾淨整潔… 此外，該酒店的早餐品種豐富，跟我們之後在長沙入住的一家五星酒店真是天壤之別。

我們從海南迴北京今年選擇走京港澳高速，路過郴州時選擇了奧米伽大酒店。入住後的感覺很好，一是酒店位置好，下高速三公里就到了，酒店樓下就是愛蓮湖公園。二是服務好，前台接待非常專業，我們晚餐時正趕上二樓中餐廳有包場，所以我們到三樓，接待的人員非常熱情，給我們安排到包間就餐，其中的邱麗娜服務周到，我們特此感謝。三是停車場大，地上地下都有，方便自駕遊。
