環境好，比較安靜，交通尚可，出門百來米有公交站，位於黨校院內，應該屬於黨校培訓的配套酒店。但是酒店設施比較老舊，衞生間很小，且格局設計極不友好。

一般，黨校加成讓人安全感很足，但是基礎設施很有年代感……很多地方縫縫補補的體現了勤儉節約的美德，但是牆壁有些發黴還是希望整改一下
