最近家庭出遊，挑的這家酒店，必須來誇一誇！
剛到酒店門口，門僮就熱情地迎上來，幫忙搬運行李。辦理入住時，前台工作人員效率超高，幾分鐘就完成了手續。考慮到我們是家庭出行，特意安排了相鄰且景觀絕佳的房間，原本是訂了兩個大床房，考慮到我們人員問題還特意給我們升級了個雙床房，這份貼心瞬間拉滿好感。床鋪軟硬適中。透過窗户，外面鳥語花香格外愜意！
酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。房間阿姨查到有遺留物品及時有打電話給我們幫忙快遞，服務員電話語氣特別好，聲音很好聽。
從入住到退房，都讓人滿意。真心推薦給計劃家庭出遊的朋友們！

住過這麼多酒店，這家服務真的出類拔萃。入住時送了歡迎水果，超貼心。房間景觀棒，酒店位置距離高速路口近，過來很方便，環境幽靜，空氣十分清新。就是過來的時候天氣不是特別好，在下小雨，但是也完全不影響泡温泉，有帶頂棚遮擋的池子，完全不用怕下雨天泡温泉會淋雨，餐廳的美食也很不錯，色香味俱全。必須點贊！

房費七百多的房間，條件還不如一般的快餐式酒店，衞生極差，房間在半山腰，裏面真實有🐝，🕷各種小爬蟲，窗户還不能密封，外面可以看到裏面，温泉一點硫磺味道沒有，偷偷問清潔劑阿姨説十幾年了都沒翻新過
服務態度（●—●）前台態度很好，這個值得點贊，但是一樓有個不知道是老闆還是老闆親戚，態度惡劣，跟前台説接點熱水，前台説你去隔壁茶台自己燒一下水就行了，進去燒水後旁邊坐着這個人非常兇的問你進來幹嘛，出去，不要再進來了，還是服務行業，真的笑死。別人很遺憾你一壺熱水？？？
強烈建議大家避坑！！！！！！！！！！！！！
説實話，同等價位什麼温德姆，希爾頓選不到，況且老闆的態度也不差咱們一條水魚

週末和朋友來這家温泉酒店度個小假，真的太驚喜了！酒店的裝修風格很有特色，服務人員的態度熱情滿滿，從入住到退房全程都有貼心關懷，有求必應。温泉區域打理得井井有條，室外温泉有多種泡池，而且都保持得非常乾淨衞生。泡完温泉去休息區，再舒舒服服地躺一會兒，別提多愜意了！下次還來！
