通過去哪兒玩網上預訂不知道咋回事就連續預訂了兩次（後來才發現兩次）到店後發現預訂被取消了，就線下微信掃碼付款了。入住體驗一般，地處較為偏僻，但賓館後面停車場蠻大，住宿停車免費這蠻好。回家後發現預訂兩次，衹有一次取消退回款項，還有一次作為已住宿處理了，及時與店家溝通，説要10天後上班（春節假期住宿）對賬後再處理，後來通過去哪兒網客服出面，經過多次交涉最終退回款項，也算完美解決。這期間去哪兒網客服還是很負責也熱情，也是從實際出發能夠客觀地給予處理問題，表示感謝。

價格比平常貴了起碼5倍以上，何況這家店位置不在景區是在一個工業園裡改造的一個旅館，去吃個飯要開車十多分鐘。裏面設施還不如一個招待所，進去房間一股黴味。更談不上服務，線下比網上便宜80，而且男主人把穿了襪子的腳放在服務枱上。
