自駕來郴州玩，選了一家看上去總體不錯的酒店。
第一，地下停車場環境不好，停車場在負二層，需要爬樓梯上酒店前台。
第二，酒店的前台、走廊及電梯都很悶熱，沒有空調，電梯裏跟蒸桑拿一樣。
第三，進房間會有廁所反味，驚訝的是廁所的腳墊竟然搭放在淋浴的開關把手上？不過浴室和馬桶是分開的，這點挺好的。但依舊不影響廁所反味
第四，想加一床被子，前台反饋説酒店裡衹配了每個房間該有的被子，酒店沒有一床多的被子。（你家是正常運營酒店的嗎？如果加被子是需要按金或另外收費可以提供，那麼我可以自行選擇還要不要加，但是不接受這種荒誕的理由，這是我個人內心情緒，並沒有向前台發泄）。
第五，酒店是智能化，有什麼需求可以呼叫小度小度，比如控制空調，窗簾，燈，這些配置是不錯的

嗯，入住出現了點小問題，酒店方都積極配合更換房間，這服務還是很滿意的，酒店房間裏面都很新，衞生還是可以的，可能打掃房間的啊姨拖地了那個味道😰真的很大，建議把地拖給換了，入住氣味對客人入住體驗真的大打折扣。
