我們帶着3歲寶寶入住時，前台主動提供了小童的洗小牙刷，小拖鞋。還貼心詢問是否需要嬰兒床，寶寶一進房間就興奮的跑來跑去。房間的床單被套是卡通的皮卡丘，還有親子帳篷 ，小玩具，可愛抱枕。別説孩子了，我和孩子爸爸都非常的喜歡。第二天帶孩子出去玩，寶寶玩累了，回酒店大堂時睡著了，前台小姐姐看到我們一手抱孩子，一手拎行李很吃力，主動上前幫忙——他小心的接過熟睡的孩子，一路穩穩抱到房間，還把我們散落的玩具都整理好了，這種自然又真誠的幫助真的讓人倍感温暖。

入住郴州三元酒店真的被驚喜到了！從進門那一刻就感受到貼心服務，前台小姐姐笑容超甜，還免費幫我們升級了房型！房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟得像睡在雲朵上，連認床的閨蜜都一夜好眠～第二天趕早班機時，服務員發現我們沒吃早餐，特意打包了熱乎的豆漿，小籠包，燒麥，雞蛋，玉米！這種細節服務真的讓人非常感動，下次來郴州絕對鎖定這家！

我一個人帶着2個小孩來酒店辦理入住，關鍵是小的還睡著了，抱着小的，大的小孩就拿着密碼箱，還提着一個背包，有點吃力，還在酒店隔壁超市就碰到了酒店工作人員，她一看我抱着小孩，馬上過來從我小孩子手裡拿過密碼箱，背包，説帶我們去辦理入住，進入大廳後，服務員就幫我把行李放在沙發上，説把證件給她就行，讓我抱着小孩坐着沙發上等着就行，她幫忙辦好入住會把證件和房卡給我，辦好入住後拿着行李陪同我們一起到了房間，各種關懷，説酒店有宵夜有早餐，帶着小孩不方便去餐廳吃的話，還可以送到房間，詢問了我們的口味和需要用餐的時間，我看服務員還很認真的做了筆記，哇塞，酒店服務真的超級棒，本來一個人帶着2個小孩有點吃力，沒有想到酒店服務超級細心，讓我一瞬間感到也沒有那麼難，那麼累，一定要給那個服務員點個贊👍🏻

來郴州遊玩的，計劃去仰天湖玩，搜尋周邊酒店，三元酒店離天龍站很近，評價也很高，到酒店後服務確實特別好，知道我們去仰天湖玩，小姐姐説這幾天天氣會時不時的下場雨，怕碰到下雨，説前台有1性的雨衣，可以送給我們備用，服務好細緻，能提前為客户想到可能碰到的事情，提前為客户做了準備，這種服務態度值得為酒店宣傳，早餐品種豐富，有特色殺豬粉和魚粉，還有蔬菜沙拉，這家酒店值得推薦

來酒店辦理入住前，喝了一點酒胃不舒服，前台服務員看我不舒服，提議讓我朋友陪同入住，可以有個照應，看我喝了酒胃不舒服，貼心的幫我泡了蜂蜜水送到了我的房間，還告訴我朋友有任何需要幫助的地方隨時打電話給前台，24小時都有人值班，體貼主動的多贈送了2瓶水給我們超級細心，第二天起床後發現車鑰匙不見了，急的不得了，趕緊到前台詢問，前台確認了是什麼牌子，什麼顏色，上面有什麼掛件呀，才從抽屜裏拿出來認我確認，我覺得酒店這個做法真的很棒，沒有隨隨便便就直接拿出來，讓我們很安心❤️，服務員説是在大廳沙發上撿到的，真心感謝酒店的工作人員，有朋友需要住酒店，會推薦這家暖心的酒店[強][強]
