Nous sommes arrivés un monsieur était à l'accueil pas très souriant.
Arrivés dans la chambre faisait 22m2 enfaîte avec une salle de bain très grande la chambre était petite.
Le.lit supplémentaire pas très confortable.
Sous le lit le ménage ne doit pas vraiment être fait. Des moisissures sur les joints de douche.
Et quand on est parti la dame de l'accueil voulait me faire tout payer alors que j'avais déjà réglé via Hôtel.com mon séjour sauf la taxe de séjour.
Au lieu de me dire attendez je vérifie elle me dit non, ne me croyant pas...
Bref je ne recommande pas.

We hebben alleen een nacht overnacht als tussenstop naar onze vakantiebestemming. Daar is dit hotel prima voor.
We hebben 's ochtends bij een bakker vlakbij het hotel ontbeten.

chambres correctes mais étroites , climatisation défectueuse , et le restaurant est a éviter ,poisson non poêlé comme écrit au menu mais bouilli et pas frais , les assiettes sont retournées en cuisine donc on a manger que les frites ;et le boeuf bourguignon a revoir pas de goûts ,

Wij hebben graag in dit hotel via Logis de France 2 nachten verbleven. De ontvangst was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aangezien onze Franse talen kennis beperkt was deed men zijn best om ons in het Engels het een en ander duidelijk te maken. Mevrouw Sonja was heel erg vriendelijk en aardig. De kamers waren te bereiken met een lift wat zeer praktisch was. De kamer was in orde en de badkamer ook. De bedden waren goed. Zoals overal in Frankrijk is er wel een tv op de kamer maar buiten lokale zenders moet je niet verwachten om 1 anders talig kanaal te vinden. Wij hebben ook 2 avonden het diner genomen in het restaurant. De tijd tussen het aperitief en het voorgerecht en tussen voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht was te kort. De gerechten waren heel lekker. De medewerkster aan het ontbijt was absoluut niet vriendelijk. Er kon zelfs geen “goeie morgen” gezegd worden door haar. Al bij al hebben we graag gelogeerd in Logis Hotel L’Escargotiérre en het is een ideale uitvalbasis om Dijon te ontdekken.

Kan een goed hotel zijn.Maar bij annulering door ons gedaan, wegens wijziging route,grote problemen. Heb 3 mails gestuurd, geen antwoord. Bij telefonisch contact zien ze onze reservering niet🙈Nu brief gestuurd met afdruk van onze mail. Afwachten nu.

Hotel bien situé pour un transit vers le Luxembourg. Accueil fort agréable que ce soit à la réception et au restaurant avec décontraction notamment lors de mes passages en semaine concernant les serveurs : le spectacle est parfois dans la salle. Excellente Cuisine de terroir sur site avec des produits locaux Carte des vins au top.Bonne literie et chambre agréable Sans faute pour l'accueil de mon chien. Hotel en cours de rénovation pour la salle du restaurant et la climatisation donc petit bémol pour certaines chambres.je prend plaisir à y faire une halte

Nous avons logé dans cet hôtel du 5 au 6 juin 2024. Grosse déception car dans la description, c'est inscrit qu'il y a la clim et il faisait 26 degrés dehors et on nous a répondu que la clim n'avait pas encore été mise en route ce qui doit être précisé sur le site que c'est soit chauffage, soit clim. Hôtel qui demanderait une bonne rénovation et un bon nettoyage. 3 étoiles soi-disant ! Logis de France devrait mieux superviser ces hôtels
