Wir hatten unsere Loire-Reise schon ein Jahr vorher im Visier, mussten aber kurzfristig umdisponieren. Storno & Neubuchung waren kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, im Rosengarten konnte wir ein unseren Durst stillen, dann das gemütlich-ruhige Zimmer beziehen und im Sommergarten sehr lecker zu Abend essen. Die Räder sind auf dem Grundstück sicher abgestellt. Ds Gebäude selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte von der Gartenseite einen neuen Putz vertragen, sonst ist aber wirklich alles sehr gepflegt.

Un hôtel vieillot, la chambre 12 aussi Points faibles : Pas d’ascenseur, pas de minifrigo, salle de bain avec escalier, wc avec escalier, baignoire (pas douche italienne), lit moyen avec matelas mou, papier peint vieillot, Mobilier vieillot, déco vieillotte, mauvaise isolation acoustique (bruits des pas sur parquet/escalier), mauvaise isolation fenêtre (réveil à six heures du matin avec odeurs de viennoiseries) Moquette escalier/couloir sale, très sale Points forts 5 minutes à pied du par du château, parking, piscine, rue calme Personnel sympathique (réception et bar) Chenonceau est un village désert en août ! 3 ou 4 restos ouverts, 3-4 fermés, 1 boulangerie, 1 mini épicerie bio, 1 bar tabac Pharmacie à 2 km Aucun magasin

Bémol nous n'avons pas pu prendre de bain car le bouchon était absent. chambre très propre, petit balcon privatif superbe, piscine propre et agréable. restaurant trop gastro manque des plats plus abordables et simples comme des salades... literie pour mon dos un peu trop dur. comme nous ne sommes restées qu'une nuit, nous n'avons pas demandé si un sur matelas était possible. A voir. Très proche du château, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Personnel très sympathique. cadre superbe. des Iris magnifiques.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans l’hôtel en famille. Très Bel établissement ayant gardé son empreinte historique. Le restaurant était très bon et raffiné, le personnel au top et au petit soin. Nous avons excellemment était accueilli par Antonella, d’une gentillesse, sympathie et professionnalisme rarissime. Bravo à vous tous, vous êtes indéniablement le point fort de cet hôtel.

Magnifique hôtel avec tout le confort très bien situé tout près du château de Chenonceaux. Personnel très accueillant qui connait l'histoire de l'hôtel ce qui est fort intéressant
