房間超預期，景色好，離海邊近，温泉泳池水温高，入水游泳無困難，早餐品質也不錯，泳池救生員及早餐廚師能看出都很認真負責。最重要的是前台接待陳元智可愛熱情，讓我們多次來澄邁泡温泉游泳但第一次嘗試西海岸大酒店有了很好的印象，房間清潔宋琬妃阿姐每天及時清潔，快速有求必應。希望酒店其他員工都能更熱情，讓我們更願意常來長住。
