老闆是個甩手掌櫃，留一個保潔大姐看店。民宿位置不錯，但是設施一塌糊塗，到的時候正好趕上降温，房間空調不起作用，幫我們看了整層樓的空房間都沒有暖風，然後換去2樓親子房，空調有熱風，但是空調安在一個凹槽裏，30度開一整晚也沒有多暖和。水槽開放式，在牀頭櫃旁邊，可能是生怕水濺不到床頭櫃上。房間設計奇葩，所有房間浴室和廁所完全不在一個地方，上了廁所洗了手連擦個手都要去浴室。洗澡水不熱，就這個天氣成年人洗澡都衹能隨便沖下就出來，怕感冒。小孩就完全不敢給洗澡了。再這麼下去這民宿開不長了。唯一的分給保潔加管家加服務員大姐。大姐可趕緊找其他工作吧。

民宿在山頂上，很幽靜，坐在房間可以看到撫仙湖，非常漂亮，老闆娘特別熱情，早餐給我們煮了米線，雞蛋紅薯，還一直不停要給我們加，值得推薦

店家想的周到，但是沒有用心做啊！自己看圖吧！
本來想着有大浴缸可以讓孩子泡澡，水真的太小了，等到何年馬月！孩子帶了游泳圈，最後也沒用上，特別失望！相當於浴缸就是個擺設！
總體來説，不值這個價！

訂了大床房，到酒店老闆幫升級成親子房，還有泡池，小朋友們玩的很開心，環境很好，開窗就是湖景。贊贊，下次來還住這裏。

前台大姐特別熱情，我們提前入住，客人還沒走，給我升級了大套房，湖景非常棒。注意如果回來比較晚的話（我們晚上9點多）擺渡車沒有了，得爬上來，需要體力
