中規中矩的五星級酒店和服務。前台和管家服務非常好，很熱情。酒店離湖邊開車不遠，自駕非常方便。有地下車庫，早餐中規中矩。周邊吃喝方便，都在步行範圍內。不過酒店中餐廳出品的粵菜還不錯，性價比高。唯一不足，就是泳池太一般了，一個異形池，衹有一米深，還不肯告知多久換一次水。沒法遊。衹適合小童戲水。

酒店在市區，停車方便，附近也有很多好吃的老店。前台服務很好，特別感激小皆給升級了房間，小張在離開時送了一衹玩偶。酒店最讓人滿意的地方是有好幾種枕頭選擇，讓人在旅途中睡得更好

連住了三晚上，唯獨衹想給全老師好評，服務確實周到細緻。另外再來説房間挺大，但是空調真的太垃圾了，第一晚孩子半夜熱着哭，説沒有開冷風，第二天開了冷風還是熱，師傅來修繕後晚上温度勉強涼快了，結果第三晚上又還是好熱，真的服了，住了三天，兩晚上熱起着不住。再來説早餐，作為一個五星品種確實太少了，基本沒啥選的。另外大廳還有海報説的499，我諮詢服務枱是不是現場訂是不是便宜點，她直接回復你自己點進去看，我們要加價，我説那你們這宣傳有誤導性，她説你自己點進去看了來，那美女還是傲嬌。

環境不錯，就是洗手間有點味，看來有點年份。停車很方便，5星酒店就是這方面很好，適合自駕遊。服務很好，前台回覆很快，很滿意。自助早餐一般，不值5星級標準。整體表現沒有5星酒店期望，4星標準。
