民宿很陳舊，房間裏面濕噠噠的，一進去就看到一個小強，嚇我一跳。然後也沒有放毛巾，沒有洗髮水護髮素。要了才給毛巾，還是舊舊的。2雙塑料拖鞋臟兮兮的根本不敢穿。問老闆要2瓶水還不情願勉強給了。哎呀，感覺200多的價格實在不值

非常非常推薦，最開始看到有不好的評論，還怕不乾淨，結果去了很乾凈，房間佈置的很温馨，老闆人巨好，有早飯，中午在老闆家點菜，味道很好，家人很喜歡，下次去還住這裏，會給朋友推薦

這是一家民宿，但設施比較齊全，乾淨整潔，無異味，非常安靜，洗澡水大且温度也非常合適。老闆一家人熱情周到，初到酒店還幫我們把行李拎上樓，一樓就是老闆自己家的餐館，炒的菜分量足味道也不錯 ，中午的菜沒有吃完老闆主動幫我們放到冰櫃裏 下頓飯又可以熱來吃。酒店就在進景區大門的左側小街不遠處 ，離客運站也就三五分鐘的路程 ，酒店出門左轉向前約二百米即到農貿市場，在那裡還有早餐供應（景區能供應稀飯饅頭、包子、油條、豆漿的僅此一家），出農貿市場沿公路幾分鐘即可到達撫仙湖邊。

位置在祿充一進門的第一個巷子裏，也就是景區內離岸最遠的一排。房間內衞生較差，床上發現很多根之前客人留下來的頭髮。衞生間衞生更是糟糕。牆壁估計是局部新圖刷遮蓋污漬，所以房間內氣味重，辣喉嚨。

我們是國慶去的 房間漲價不離譜 也挺乾淨的 屬於在那一片應該算乾淨的吧 在祿充景區裏面，離得不遠散散步到海邊 房間在三樓老闆幫忙把行李拿上去感謝

位置很好找，到海就十分鐘，今年剛開業，住房都是2022年重新裝修過，住宿乾淨衞生，歺飲自備可口，退伍軍人小李，圍人厚道直爽，價格合理公道，有啥事都能幫你爽快的處理解決好！五人住了三晚！朋友們都十分滿意！謝謝房東的周道服務！有機再來一定會再次入住的！！！
