GGuest UserThis is the most satisfying B&B I have stayed in in recent years. It is definitely not a scam. The location, view, environment, service and facilities are almost perfect. They also provide welcome afternoon tea. If I have to find a shortcoming, it is that the water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold when taking a shower. I hope it can be improved. I will recommend it to my friends and hope to come again if I have the chance.

Facilities: Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are still well maintained. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the experience is very good. I also chose the Chinese restaurant for dinner. The set meal is very cost-effective and the food tastes very good.
Service: The air conditioning in the room was not good, and I took the initiative to change the room after the feedback.

GGuest UserA family of five stayed here. Except for a little delay in check-in, everything else was pretty good.
There are two bathrooms, and there is warm air in the shower. You can park on the roadside or in an underground garage. There is a supermarket and KFC one kilometer away. You can see the Fossil Museum from the living room window. It is much more cost-effective than staying in an ordinary hotel.
There are also books related to Fuxian Lake in the room, which is really good.

The lady at the front desk asked if she was here to participate in the marathon, and then gave her a breakfast coupon so that she could have breakfast at 5 a.m. Later, she learned that the hotels in Chengjiang City that day had meals at 5 a.m. for the marathon. Likes and sports promotions The local economy consumes and businesses cooperate with each other.
The space scale of the lobby is very comfortable, and the shape of the chandelier at the front desk should be inspired by the fish cages of fishermen in Fuxian Lake.
The hair dryer in the bathroom is good and powerful. The countertop at the basin is large, which is convenient for placing toiletries. The toilet in the bathroom automatically senses and flushes automatically. The toilet seat has its own heating function, which is very comfortable. The shower countertop is convenient for placing items, but it lacks a hook for hanging towels.
The check-in experience was great, and parking coupons were given as a gift when leaving the hotel.

GGuest UserWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

GGuest UserA good choice for young and old to escape the heat in Yunnan. The store helped arrange a family room. The children have a separate small room and a small bed. It is very comfortable. They take a bath and go to bed early. The inn is surrounded by lotus ponds, the air is full of lotus fragrance, the weather is cool, the night is good to sleep, there is a health trail at the door, when the sun is not sun, it is very comfortable to run along the trail by the lotus pond. It is just good here when there are many people in Yunnan. The restaurant near the inn tastes good after eating it. The Mafang Village also has a night market and a bonfire dance at night. It is also very lively to experience the ethnic customs. And this inn is located at the leading location at the entrance of the village. The transportation and play are particularly convenient. During the day, you can watch the scenery of Fuxian Lake in the roof awning. Walk for 10 minutes to play in the water and fish by Fuxian Lake. EEva13I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserVery suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

The view is really nice, specially when the sun goes down.
After arriving we really want see the rooftop with the pool first, because the pictures looked amazing. But the pool was empty, the rooftop dirty and trash was in the corner.
The room design was nice, but need some fresh paint. Nobody checked the room before we checked in. The windows are dirty, some lights doesn’t work also.
The open balcony with the bathtub was the highlight. We had a nice warm bath with 0 degrees outside temperature and an amazing sunset.
The restaurant was a little disappointing. Because, there is no restaurant. They only provide a little breakfast.
So you definitely need a car. The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. No bus or shuttle was here to go to another restaurant. There is also no car or bike center.
The owner and the team was really nice. He offered us his car for sightseeing. They also immediately repaired the broken lights. But the housekeeper just went into the room without checking if anyone is in the room.
So after all, it was ok. But the hotel really need a refreshment and a makeover.
