After I opened the room, I entered the first room with a big smell and the electric fan was broken. Then I found that there was a big cockroach in the bathroom, and then I went to the front desk to change to a room. WIFI is also used, I can only say that the price is not good.

The hotel is in the party school compound of the municipal committee, which should be regarded as a reception hotel of the party school, so it is very quiet and the guests staying are not mixed. Although the breakfast is not many tricks, the quality is high, and the bait roll powder is delicious! The bathroom is also very well designed, it is recommended to use better materials for blackout curtains. The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot. The hotel also has ”me coffee” and the hotel is connected together, is an excellent photography place, the background is blue sky, colorful clouds and the entire Fuxian Lake. The two restaurants of ”Lake Weiyuzhuang (Xiaowan Village Store)” and ”Holiday Bay Stone Pot Fish” on the side of the road below the hotel are very good, especially the owner of Lake Weiyuzhuang is too sincere, and he told me that the dishes that are not satisfied with the taste are directly free of charge. The breakfast at this hotel almost means that bread is not whole wheat, jam is one. There is no vegetable salad. The hot vegetables fried for breakfast on the 19th have cabbage, which is less. In short, breakfast needs to be richer.

The facilities are still relatively new, but there is a bit of a smell. The scenery outside the window is fake and not worth the nearly 1k price. The breakfast is B&B style, fixed to one set, which is better than having breakfast. It’s too far from the lake, so I don’t have to think carefully about driving by myself. There are few people in the entire community and it is empty.

The room is spacious and hygienic. The public area of the hotel is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. The store service is good. GGuest UserWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

GGuest UserThis stay was amazing! I was struggling between the B&B and Hilton before coming here, but my old classmate carefully studied the guide and recommended this one. It takes only one hour to drive from Kunming Airport, and the transportation is very convenient. Ms. Yin at the front desk has a good service attitude and checked in quickly. I feel that the quality of the old hotel is indeed guaranteed. The key is that the location of the hotel is too good. Go out of the back door and pass through a garden to the lake. The lake water is so clear, and the lake and mountains are refreshing. The breakfast is also rich and high-quality, with beautiful scenery and a full atmosphere! It was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely bring my family next time!

YYangguangxiadexingxingvvI didn't expect to see sharks in a hotel in Yunnan. My kids loved it. The overall environment and facilities of the hotel are very good. It has its own playground for two kids, which is very convenient for taking kids to play. I stayed there for two days and took my kids to see the circus, dolphin show, and several parks. I will choose this place again next time I come.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the parking is convenient, close to Hilton, sharing the beautiful garden and beach, originally set a parent-child room, the boss took the initiative to upgrade us to a two-room suite with lake view when we checked in, there is a large living room, two bedrooms, each room has TV, air conditioning, and kitchen for cooking. The boss is very enthusiastic, give us a guide to play, and also introduce the place to eat fish. This hotel is really cost-effective. It is highly recommended to everyone 👍👍👍

The view is really nice, specially when the sun goes down.
After arriving we really want see the rooftop with the pool first, because the pictures looked amazing. But the pool was empty, the rooftop dirty and trash was in the corner.
The room design was nice, but need some fresh paint. Nobody checked the room before we checked in. The windows are dirty, some lights doesn’t work also.
The open balcony with the bathtub was the highlight. We had a nice warm bath with 0 degrees outside temperature and an amazing sunset.
The restaurant was a little disappointing. Because, there is no restaurant. They only provide a little breakfast.
So you definitely need a car. The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. No bus or shuttle was here to go to another restaurant. There is also no car or bike center.
The owner and the team was really nice. He offered us his car for sightseeing. They also immediately repaired the broken lights. But the housekeeper just went into the room without checking if anyone is in the room.
So after all, it was ok. But the hotel really need a refreshment and a makeover.

GGuest UserVery suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.
