Located in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, the subway exit is right at the door, not far from the airport; the environment is beautiful and quiet, the hotel service awareness is in place, mineral water is provided at the front desk and the elevator entrances on each floor, there are afternoon tea and fruits; in the evening, the general manager also writes a card to care about the guests and sends fruit snacks; the room is decorated in Chinese style with electric curtains, the bedside can control the door to open, and the projection network TV; the breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The service attitude and hotel grade are really worth the room price👍

The service attitude at the front desk was very good. Xiao Cao was very enthusiastic and patiently told me about the scenic spots in Chengdu. Parking is very convenient. We have a very large parking lot outside the hotel. My friend often stays in this hotel and likes it very much. It is right next to the hotel. The subway station is also very convenient for transportation. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay here!!! The rooms and the lobby/tea room are beautiful and clean. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. I don’t speak any Mandarin, but they were very patient using the translator with me and very eager to help me with anything I needed. They did my laundry for free and the cleaned the room nicely every day. It was a great value for the price, especially compared to the other hotels I saw available for the same nights. I was hoping to eat breakfast here, but I didn’t get the chance, so I can’t comment on it, but I ate at the restaurant on the 6th floor, which had a great ambience and was convenient and reasonably priced. It was also a short DiDi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. I highly recommend staying here!

Not bad, booked two rooms, stayed for a few days, and was quite satisfied. However, the air conditioner in my room suddenly worked until the last day I left... But it wasn't very hot, forget it. The hotel is not far from Jiaozi Park, with various restaurants and services nearby. The room has good sound insulation, sanitation and facilities are also OK, the elevator requires a card (high security), and a four-star price-performance ratio. The breakfast is a bit average, not too many choices, and the key is that when I went to eat at 8 o'clock, there were already ”leftovers”, cold and several dishes were basically gone. The staff only cleaned up the table, and no one wanted to replenish the dishes.

I stayed for a few nights and the starting price to Shapingba High-speed Railway Station. The parking lot is also very large. Cosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose. The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates The needs-improvement: - Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com - Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands - There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

Perfect stay at the hotel, personnel is very kind and competent: they help us very quickly every time. Room is very comfortable and breakfast is delicious.
