Pros: Very good service and friendly staff, especially if you speak Chinese. The place is relatively close to the picture, with moderate wear and tear. Comfortable bed and toilet, clean bathroom I really liked the disposable towel as I don't have to worry about the cleaners of the towels. The view was clear without obstacles from our room. Cons: Things thats on the TV console should be on the shelf, especially hot water boiler as kids could easily touch it and getting burned. The room is clean, but it's in a dated and old, rather depressing apartments compounds. No dryer, washing machine was difficult to use as there was No WAY I would get onto the filthy balcony to access the washing machine. No microwave, you have to ask the service ppl to microwave for you. (They are happy to do that) This was rather important, as the heater was only in the bedroom, we couldn't close the bedroom during the night as the kids sleeping in the living room would get too cold.also there was a raft from the kids window. We stayed during the moderately warm autumn, but this would worry me during the winter. (Only stayed in the red panda room)

It's so easy to go downstairs for food or a stroll. **Design & Facilities:** The hotel is trendy, and the rooms are quiet. The smart devices add a cozy touch. **Service:** This is truly its standout feature. They upgraded our room for free, and because we had early departures on some mornings, they thoughtfully prepared two breakfast bags for us to take along. A big thank you to Paopao and Mia for their incredibly considerate and comfortable service; they checked in with us every morning and evening. I stayed for 4 nights this time, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
