📍The location is excellent, and surrounding attractions and food streets are within walking distance. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, and the bedding is so comfortable that it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The service is even better. The staff are warm and thoughtful and responsive. The key is that the price is affordable and the cost performance is very high!

Our family of eight visited this hotel, drawn by the two scenic trees in front. The lobby is elegant and refreshing, and the reception was friendly, friendly, and professional. The manager showed me the suites, comfort king rooms, twin rooms, and standard king rooms at different price points. We chose one on the same floor. The room was a great value, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the shower was large, quick, and unlimited. The view was breathtaking. This was the cleanest, most comfortable, and most peaceful hotel we've stayed in during our two weeks of travel. It's the most centrally located, conveniently located for shopping, and the most welcoming and friendly service. I couldn't resist sharing my positive feedback and giving it a full 5-star rating to encourage everyone!

The room is quite spacious and clean, breakfast is superb with many choices. Room lighting system is very modern. You can also store your luggage in the hotel after checking out and pick it up another day when you return to the same area,, which is very convenient for tourists. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great ambiance and is conveniently located near Metro Line 6. The night view from the hotel is beautiful, and it's also very close to 339. If you enjoy clubbing at 339, you should definitely consider staying here. I stayed here to meet my girlfriend, and we had a truly delightful experience. I must say, their service is truly excellent; they really know how to make guests feel incredibly valued and happy. As soon as they saw there were two of us checking in, they thoughtfully inquired about our booking and kindly arranged a larger room for us. That was a really impressive gesture. In the afternoon, they even brought us a complimentary fruit platter. I feel like this level of thoughtful service is unique to Chengdu; back in Sanya, everything is completely self-service! All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

Awesome service: Staff like 7 ( seven) anticipated needs, from instant metro tips to welcome Sichuan teas and even got panda toy( it’s very cute 💓). Big rooms wow with city views, plush kings, and spa-like showers. Breakfast : Endless choices—spicy dan dan noodles, fluffy pancakes, build-your-own congee, plus vegan delights in a sunny atrium.
Prime spot: around 15-Mins to Daci Temple’s serene vibes, and easy hops to Chunxi Road shops or Kuanzhai Alley eats. First trip to the city but felt in love with city of Chengdu magic!

During the National Day holiday, I went hiking with friends in the surrounding area. Our housekeeper, Charlie, added us on WeChat before check-in and gave us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. He was incredibly responsive, recommending hiking routes, brazier barbecue, and cafes in advance. He was always there for us! Ocean Springs couldn't be without Charlie! MGallery by Sofitel couldn't be without Charlie, a truly fascinating soul. The general manager, please stop grinding your burritos and remember to add chicken drumsticks, chicken drumsticks, and chicken drumsticks. Important things to say three times. The room cleanliness was excellent. As for any other flaws, I drank the freshly squeezed juice Charlie provided, so I won't mention them again.
The natural hot springs were very pleasant, not boiled water. The front desk lady at the hot springs was also very nice. The sliced noodles for breakfast were delicious. The general manager was very thoughtful in grinding fresh tortillas, and the taste was quite good. The room was quiet, and I slept well. It was a wonderful escape from the crowds.
Getting married was very convenient, with the registration office right at the door.
Recharging is complete. I wish you a happy National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival.

The lighting concept of the rooms are well thought out, creating a warm atmosphere. Of course the location is also a big plus. A potential downside could be the noisy street (they provide ear plugs), but that's the compromise for the nice view.

MMeng HengI didn't expect to get an accommodation with such a good price. Service staff is professional, polite and helpful. The room is high-tech with a voice activated control. Room is clean with all the needed appliances for a traveler. Housekeeping is done right with all tidy up and cleaned. There is also a mini-gym and a laundry room. I would expect all these facilities in a 4-star hotel.
Location is excellent! It is near Chunxi Road within walking distance of about 10mins. Nearby there are also several eateries. If you like to explore a local wet market, there is one right behind the hotel where you can witness how the locals do their groceries shopping in the morning. Behind the hotel, it is actually a seafood street where shops sell all the live seafood - go take a look, interesting!
For supper, if you do not mind street food, there is a stall selling Sichuan local dishes like noodles, dumpings, etc. It is operated by a young couple - they set up their stall from 10pm onwards until 6am next morning.
Kudos to the management. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Chengdu!

Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw:
No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

GGuest UserHotel locations is very good. We can walk to IFS building and Taikooli areas witin less than 10mins. You can enjoy shopping, eating there. The bus to Tianfu airport is in front of IFS so it is very convenient to walk with your luggage to the bus stop. Staff is very nice and supportive. I stay at the hotel for 3 nights as a base during going the national parks. You can keep the luggage at the hotel while you are going to Bipengou, Siguniangshan , etc. this time i got 6th floor which in the room there are no steps. There are about 3 steps (between bed areas and bathroom)in the room i got first 2 nights which i a bit worry at night.

2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.
