To my surprise, it was completely unlike what the negative reviews suggested; the hotel as a whole was actually very good. At night, you can hear a slight car noise from outside the window, but it's just like being at home, even quieter than my own house. The cleanliness was also excellent; the cleaning staff did a thorough job. Because of this, I promptly decided to extend my stay for the following days. Upon entering the room, there were some snacks, and the mini-fridge had small bottles of Coke and Sprite. There's also a commercial street right downstairs. Overall, it was very nice.
