A hotel that made our trip perfect! This hotel made our trip absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, clean, and very spacious — big enough to fully open several large suitcases. One of my favorite parts was the small tea corner in the room, which added a cozy touch to the whole stay. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, always quick to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm service — from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant team — played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. The location is also excellent. While it’s not in the heart of the main shopping district, it’s very easy to get to major attractions in Chengdu like Chunxi Road, the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, Kuan Xiangzi Alley, Dongjiao Ji Yi, and Taikoo Li. All of them are only 10–30 minutes away by Didi, and the fare was surprisingly affordable (just 8–23 yuan per ride). Another thing I really appreciated was the building itself and the surrounding environment. Unlike many hotels in Chengdu’s CBD that occupy only a few floors in old buildings and can feel a bit unsettling, this hotel occupies the entire building. It’s clean, modern, and truly feels like a proper hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is also quiet, tidy, and very safe. There’s even a popular Holiland bakery right next door! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to deep clean the bathroom floor tiles a bit more to remove some dark stains. Other than that, everything else was just perfect.

The hotel environment is very good, the lobby is clean, spacious and bright. The most important thing is that there is a coffee machine. There is free tea at the front desk. The service is good. The little sister service is very professional, not only enthusiastic, but also efficient, basically responsive, the price is super affordable, and the sanitation is very meticulous. The facilities and equipment are brand new. Very perfect! Parking is free and I am very satisfied! I ordered the takeaway and helped me deliver it to the room. It is highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is intelligent, but being too intelligent can sometimes cause trouble (when there is a problem with the intelligence). The flushing of the toilet is annoying, but the staff took it seriously and dealt with it immediately after knowing the problem. I really appreciate their attentive service and attitude. I thank the staff for upgrading the room for me. To be honest, its cost performance is quite good. The environment of the room and restaurant is also relaxing. I believe that as long as there are good employees, the hotel will continue to improve.
