When I checked in, the young lady was very nice and kind-hearted. I didn't book breakfast because I was too busy. I ended up having a breakfast. It tasted very good and I was very appetizing. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation was also very good. It was very quiet at night and the bed was very soft. I have stayed in many hotels and it is rare to encounter one that sleeps very comfortably. I will book it directly and book it in advance next time. When I leave, I remind you repeatedly to check your luggage to avoid leaving it behind. I am very careful and do this. Very good, very good.

Located in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, the subway exit is right at the door, not far from the airport; the environment is beautiful and quiet, the hotel service awareness is in place, mineral water is provided at the front desk and the elevator entrances on each floor, there are afternoon tea and fruits; in the evening, the general manager also writes a card to care about the guests and sends fruit snacks; the room is decorated in Chinese style with electric curtains, the bedside can control the door to open, and the projection network TV; the breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The service attitude and hotel grade are really worth the room price👍

It's very clean, with convenient transportation, good hotel environment, and superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

I had a wonderful stay here!!! The rooms and the lobby/tea room are beautiful and clean. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. I don’t speak any Mandarin, but they were very patient using the translator with me and very eager to help me with anything I needed. They did my laundry for free and the cleaned the room nicely every day. It was a great value for the price, especially compared to the other hotels I saw available for the same nights. I was hoping to eat breakfast here, but I didn’t get the chance, so I can’t comment on it, but I ate at the restaurant on the 6th floor, which had a great ambience and was convenient and reasonably priced. It was also a short DiDi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. I highly recommend staying here!

Not bad, booked two rooms, stayed for a few days, and was quite satisfied. However, the air conditioner in my room suddenly worked until the last day I left... But it wasn't very hot, forget it. The hotel is not far from Jiaozi Park, with various restaurants and services nearby. The room has good sound insulation, sanitation and facilities are also OK, the elevator requires a card (high security), and a four-star price-performance ratio. The breakfast is a bit average, not too many choices, and the key is that when I went to eat at 8 o'clock, there were already ”leftovers”, cold and several dishes were basically gone. The staff only cleaned up the table, and no one wanted to replenish the dishes.

Overall, typical Kempinski experience, though not the best one. Staff servicea up to standard. Location wise, not the best as not in the main shopping belt area and nearby food or attractions not as extensive. Requires metro services with change of lines to get to main districts of attractions. Another area of improvement is the breakfast. Breakfast selection is standard, but no enforcement of dining policy. We saw many people coming in with hotel slippers which should not have been allowed.

It has been a great trip! Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is large, the environment is very good, the front desk service is good, the self-service check-in is relatively simple and convenient, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is very good.

Perfect stay at the hotel, personnel is very kind and competent: they help us very quickly every time. Room is very comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.
