I saw with my own eyes that a guest dropped the food tongs on the floor. The waiter picked it up and put it back in the same place without any cleaning! Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. When we went there at 8:00 on the first day, many dishes were already empty. We deliberately went there at 7:30 the next day, but there were no seats available, and the food was still empty. We went there at 8:30 the third day, and it was still empty! Maybe the tour group left early and everyone had finished eating. For three days in a row, we discovered that except for small cakes, nothing else was being supplemented with meals? The food was unpalatable and of poor quality. There were a lot of leftovers on many tables, which caused a huge waste of food! The management of the hotel lobby is lax. I saw takeaways delivering meals at will, and passers-by coming in to sit on the sofa to rest without any staff asking, which caused potential safety hazards to guests staying at the hotel. The hotel receives tour groups every day, which is obviously insufficient! It also ignores the check-in experience of non-group guests, which is not worth the loss! The above is our real experience during this stay. We sincerely hope that the hotel will get better and better!
