Chengdu Jinjiang District 3-star Hotels

I have lived in so many hotels, this time the experience in the Heiya bed room directly made me want to ”lie flat” in place! As soon as I entered the door, I was cured by a bright and spacious room, equipped with warm yellow lights, like falling into a gentle cloud, even the air has a faint fresh aroma, details control ecstasy! What screamed me the most was the big bed of the ”sleep artifact”! Lying on the thick latex mattress, like being held up by a lump of marshmallow, the spring almost made no sound when turning over, and the next day I woke up and even my old waist was not sour. The matching latex pillow perfectly fits the cervical spine curve. I, an insomnia star, had no dreams all night, and I couldn't help but rua the pillow for a long time! The room hygiene is impeccable, the mirror is bright enough to take a selfie in the mirror, and the bathroom is spotless even on the floor drain. The young lady at the front desk was enthusiastic like an old friend, not only prepared a welcome drink intimately, but this wave of details was directly pinched! Next time I come, I will definitely stay here, and the workers' life-renewal hotel is hammered!

Super suitable for traveling together! 1.8 The distance between the two beds is spacious, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the sleep is great. The room has good lighting, complete supporting facilities, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing. The front desk service is patient and thoughtful, helping to plan the travel route is super intimate, and I will choose this one next time I come with friends!

This stay was really amazing! The whole house is super smart. Just shout Xiaodu and the lights and music will switch as you like. The robot delivers supplies very efficiently and is not afraid of trouble at all. The room is spotlessly clean and full of class. The area is super large and the activity space is super spacious. It is so comfortable to live here. I will choose this place next time!

Overall the stay was average. +Staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with window (from no window). +Staff were generally helpful. Seamless check in and check out. - Not a very convenient location, have to didi everywhere - Felt that the room can be cleaner…. The toilet bowl has some stains when we arrived and small hairs….. corners were also….a no… bathroom slippers were also looking quite old and dirty (did not wear them) - not sure if there is a room heater….and could not seem to adjust the room temp.

Because children who apply for the military academy need a physical examination, this hotel is the closest hotel to the hospital established by the military inspection. First, there are not enough free parking spaces to provide consumers. Secondly, because the military inspection hotel continues to raise room prices, the hotel's facilities, environment, etc. are simply not good enough. It's worth the price of 300 or 400. I have only stayed in this hotel once in my life, and I will definitely not choose this hotel again when I go to Chengdu in the future.

Hotel location is good and convenient. Downstairs is Wanda Plaza. The subway is within 5 minutes walk. There are various dining and entertainment nearby. The room configuration is rich. There are some things at this price. The problem is that it looks very new. The building is a bit tattered but the room is hard to install. The price is also lower. Generally

Great location, adequate facilities, lots of food options nearby. Downside is the only 2 washing machine and only 1 dryer for the entire hotel, we had to wait for our turn to use the washing machine and the dryer only had Alipay option which we had to asked the staff to pay on the dryer then transferred money to the staff, bit of inconvenience🤔

I opened this e-sports hotel with my brothers and the experience was great! Must be Amway. Hotel location is good to find, there are many foods around, convenient transportation. The environment is clean and tidy, there is no smell, sound insulation is good, and you are not afraid of disturbing when you open the dark. The equipment is the top match, there is no pressure to play the game, the loading is fast, and the group battle is smooth. The e-sports chair is comfortable to sit for a long time, the screen is clear, and the visual experience is full. The bed is moderately hard and soft, the bedding is clean and soft, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water and toiletries are complete. The front desk service is warm, check-in and check-out are efficient, and you can respond in time if you need it, and you can also send snacks and drinks intimately. The hotel is not very close to the subway station, but traveling is not difficult. It’s very convenient to call a Didi or take a bus since there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming to us as foreign guests. They made an effort to communicate with us. Even though we only stayed for two nights, we felt very well-received. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. The window in the room is a fake one, which is quite unique and gives the impression of it always being daytime. The restaurant, fitness room, and laundry room are located on the 5th floor. A minor downside was that on the first night, I noticed a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room, especially near the left side of the bed next to the bedside clock. Additionally, the shower drainage didn’t work very well. I mention these points for improvement and not to damage the hotel’s reputation. Nonetheless, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again when I visit Chengdu in the future.

Some real thoughts I have for the hotel(Not so good part): 1) Idk how wrong order can be delivered together with my parcels using the robot to my room. Hopefully the management can improve on this. 2) The pointers for using the different electric appliances such as air con and the lights, not labelled, so it's quite messy when guests try to use them. 3) Instead of normal cups, they provided us with paper cups instead, maybe cos trying to save planet earth? But paper cup may not be the best when using it to gargle after brushing teeth. Maybe could specify first under the hotel amenities in trip.com 4) Multiple hotels share the lifts, so it gets very busy during peak period, might need to wait for minutes before the lift gets down. Good Part: 1) Staff were pretty nice, tried asking for a room upgrade, but got rejected due to full room. But it was kind of them to try upgrading the room for me. 2) Taking your special request as much as possible before the stay in the hotel. I told them that I would want a quiet room, and they really did arrange a quiet room due to renovation work caring out in a side building, had a notice sign at the front desk and will also verbal tell guests as well about the issue. Would also use translation tool to ensure you understand everything and also more than willing to serve you if you have any questions. Overall the stay here has been pretty good, staff at the front counter tries their best to help you solve issue. Although recently opened/renovated, still feels there is much to improve for amenities as well as staff management.
