Chengdu Hotels with Wi-Fi

Walk to Chunxi road takes about 15mins. Although it’s not very far, but have to up and down the pedestrian bridge which has more than 40 steps each side. It’s not really convenient if you are holding luggages. 7-11, mini mart and pharmacy is right opposite the hotel. Quite a lot of eateries nearby when it’s night time as well. Hotel room overall is clean, but not under the bed. We combined both single and double bed, so we discovered a lot of dust and hair underneath. We arrived after 4pm, only 1 room is ready. Receptionist let us stay in another rooms while waiting for our rooms to be ready. Kids toothbrush and slipper provided. Room is big and we are able to open up all our luggages.

The location is good, you can walk to downtown in 10-15 mins. There are convenient stores, food shops around the hotel. You may hear noises from the street in your room during rush hours but for me it was alright. Most of the staffs are nice. I forgot my charger there and the hotel contacted me through Wechat. This is very caring. The room is clean and nicely decorated. Nice experience, good place to stay. Great value!

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

Outstanding luxury apartment for an affordable price. We (my wife and parents) stayed in the two bedroom apartment and had ample space with our own bathrooms. Staff speak flawless English. The pool & jacuzzi are great. Wonderful experience at Frasers.

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

The location of the hotel is near (walking distance) to the bus station to Jiu Zhai Guo. Unfortunately, the hotel was ongoing renovation during my stay. They has closed the whole ground floor which include the relocation of the entrance of the hotel to a back-lane. I have trying hard to look for the hotel during check-in. There was no breakfast during the renovation period. The hotel only provide a milk, an egg and some breads as breakfast. This was no told during the booking of the hotel.

The service attitude is good, the hotel style is nice, the facilities are complete, the lobby is large, the front desk Amber is considerate, the check-in is fast, and the room is clean and tidy. . I would like to especially mention the manager Amber Xiaoye, who is patient, meticulous, and provides all kinds of considerate service details. It is really nice. This is the first time I have written a review after frequent business trips for several years, and the hotel is also very impressive. Hilton will be my permanent residence in Chengdu for business trips in the future.

This hotel has given me constant surprises. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the facilities are advanced, and the service attitude is excellent. In particular, the service of Xiao Liu, the receptionist at the front desk, is very gentle and enthusiastic. The facilities of this hotel are impressive. From the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed, every detail is impeccable. The attitude of the service staff is enthusiastic and meticulous, making me feel at home. The hotel's catering quality is also excellent, which makes people have endless aftertaste. I highly recommend it! At the end of the hotel, I also received a half-handed handwritten card, a water cup, and a steam eye mask.

The service attitude of Xiaolong and Xiaozhang at the front desk was very good. On the day of check-in, he also sent snacks and fruit tea. I called twice to deliver things during the stay. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel room is clean and tidy and has no smell. The bed is very good and I slept well. There are also snacks downstairs. It’s also very convenient for traveling frequently. Recommended
