Chengdu Hotels with Wi-Fi

The check in process with quick and smooth with the assistance of 小吴⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 6 year old hotel but maintenance is great that I would actually think it’s a 2-3year old hotel. Room was a decent size with ample space to manage luggage and shopping goods. I had good sleep on all nights in the hotel, the bed, pillow was really comfortable. Location wise it’s a stone’s throw away from chunxi road with IFS and Taikooli just around the corner. At night there are food stalls just around the hotel entrance so perfect to try some local street food. The first night, we encountered some issues with the centralized aircon which was swiftly and professionally managed by 刘棚. He ensured that we had a comfortable stay, and was very patient throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Follow up was done by 小吴via WeChat to make sure we are good and comfortable with the new room. the hotel is definitely worth the stay, but the best asset would definitely be both 刘棚 and 小吴， I too wish I could hire staff that are so professional and dedicated as both of them. Thank you both!

I have stayed in two similar budget hotel around tianfu square Hello hotel (你好）around usd 30 a night and this hidden house hotel (隐栖）around usd 35 a night Room and hotel design - i would say both have its unique design, hello hotel is more modern and hidden house is more muji, both are clean and serve with ai However hidden house has bigger room space and higher ceiling Breakfast - no other hotel beats hello hotel, if u are looking for a fantastic start of the day with good and various type of breakfast u should go for hello hotel, hidden house is not doing that good in this Amenities - hello hotel only have one lift it may take u some time waiting for the lift and hidden house got 2 lift which is much convenient, they both have free washing facilities with self service, but i would prefer hello hotel washing facilities

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

I haven't stayed at Home Inn for a long time. This time I stayed at the boutique store and had a very good experience. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is also very good! The hotel is in a good location, just a few steps away from the subway, and only one subway stop away from Chunxi Road Taikoo Li. It is close to Xinnanmen Station, where you can take a tourist bus to go on a day trip around the area! It costs more than 20 yuan to take a taxi to Shuangliu Airport. Some suggestions: add a non-slip mat to the bathroom, it's a bit slippery to take a bath barefoot! The pillow is ordinary and a bit short to use, it can be improved and upgraded!

A hotel recommended by a friend after staying there. The surrounding transportation is convenient, there are many delicious foods, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and there are many cute pandas in the lobby. Especially the front desk service is very good. The elderly have inconvenient legs and feet. The front desk is very considerate and helped us send our luggage up. The whole process was smooth. Very patient and gentle, and the experience is very good. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Chengdu.

Since the day of our arrival, the receptionist Liu Hua Yang (刘华阳） at the front desk was very helpful with my check in and very accommodating with our request and even helped us order food from the china’s food ordering platform. It was really kind of her to check if we have eaten as our check in arrival was at the middle of the night. Very polite , mindful customer service young girl, she definitely gave us a a truly amazing and memorable hospitality for our first trip to ChengDu, China. Whenever she’s on her shift, she will always double check if everything was alright with our stay and our day trip. The hotel location is amazing too. Just a stone throw away from most of the tourist attractions, great food stalls and even convenient & drug store. The room is amazing for 3 person with 3 single beds. High recommend this place with the staff so helpful! Thank you Ms. Liu ❤️❤️
