Because the old woman was seriously opposed, the itinerary was temporarily adjusted, and the ancient town of Huanglongxi was unexpected.
First of all, the room was booked on the road in the afternoon, and the housekeeper immediately contacted and confirmed it, and added WeChat to send the location. After arriving at the parking lot, there was a special battery car to take us to the hotel in the scenic area, avoiding the fatigue of boats and cars.
Secondly, the housekeeper was very intimate to help us upgrade the balcony view room, and we can sit on the ancient town scenery without leaving the door.
Talk about the scenic spot: it is not so much a scenic spot, but a leisurely ancient town life. Whether it is a flower and a butterfly in the ancient temple of Gulong Temple, a tree and a tree, a monk who speaks the chanting method, or an elder sitting around in the town drinking tea and playing cards, or a traveler who comes and goes in a hurry, you can find the peace that suits you.
If you have time, I really recommend going to the ancient town to listen to see love to feel!

The service of the whole hotel is very good! The location is excellent, just by the river ⋯⋯ there is a car transfer to the hotel in the no-go area! The hotel especially the bathroom facilities, equipped with massage shower faucet water temperature and water pressure are very good!  Even a few floors of the hotel is also equipped with an elevator 👍

The landlord is very enthusiastic, contact the location in advance, the location of the room is easy to find, the suite on the third floor is very large, very characteristic of the ancient town. The software in the room needs to be repaired, and the shower glass door is swaying and I am afraid that it will fall. It is recommended that the landlord wash his hair and take a bath that can be bought as a family costume, and the people who live in the back can also use it. Don't use cheap ones to lower the taste of the room.
The toothbrush fell out of the room and sent a message. It was very warm and more heart-warming.

Booked a room on Ctrip. After arriving at the entrance of the scenic spot, I went to the visitor center to check in. The service lady who checked in was super nice. After checking in, I went directly to the VIP channel to take the hotel's special car to the room to put the luggage, and then play. We arrived at the scenic spot at 3:30 in the afternoon, and started playing at 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock. The next day, I got up at 8 o'clock and went to the door of the room to take the car for breakfast. The luggage can be left at the visitor center. After playing, go directly to the visitor center to pick up the luggage and go home. The scenic area covers an area of 2,400 acres, and non-annual card tourists from other places must take two days to play.

It will automatically turn on when you get up in the middle of the night. You don’t need to turn on the light in the dark. Electric curtains, there is a TV next to the bathtub, and you can also watch TV while taking a bath. There are welcome fruits and milk, small details slowly. The staff inside are very enthusiastic and responsive. The second time I came, the focus was on handmade, children's playground, and their own cinema. They are all new films synchronized with the yard line. It is best to bring children to kill time. I recommend everyone to play here for parents and children.

After visiting the ancient town of Huanglongxi, I booked a hotel online. I didn’t read the map at the beginning. I only found out that it was a village when I got in the car. It was very remote. I could get there by bus. I got off the bus and walked for ten minutes. The hotel, the hotel is particularly new, and the health is commendable. I live in the cheapest room, there is a toilet, hot water, bathing with a bath heater, air conditioning, bedding is particularly comfortable, no TV, wireless network in the room can not be used, coverage can not be. The deposit is 100 yuan, this price is already very good, it is worth staying.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

MMoments of travelingA little dated, but overall still a good hotel to stay. Location wise not within walking distance to shopping streets need to didi. Breakfasts are good though. There are plenty of food around the streets behind the hotel. That’s a plus point. Lobby is on the 33rd floors and you will need to take 2 lifts to your rooms…😂 over all good experience still.

The door is a password lock, the water heater is gas-powered, there is a refrigerator, the water is provided by Nongfu Spring, and there are air conditioners in the room and the living room. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast and hot pot restaurants at the entrance of the community are very good.
The room is three rooms, one of which is a little small, and the living room is separated and renovated.
The location of the house is very good, it is convenient to take a taxi and subway anywhere. Downstairs, across the road is the Kuanzhai Alley, and the People's Park is also downstairs. Take a walk, run, and experience the slow life of Chengdu.

MM. NurhaikalGreat hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available.
Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

GGuest UserThis is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info.
The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel.
Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything!
She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated.
The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey!
The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
