19號前台接待李娟還是叫啥沒看太清楚，服務態度特別好，其實18號住了一晚上，中午退房了，18號晚上的前台態度很不友好，所以第二天不想住。我們帶着孩子，圖省事19號又去了，前台李娟特別熱情，我都懷疑前一天住的不是這個地方。還有20號早上退房遇見的客房搞衞生的大姐也特別熱情，突然覺得如家還是可以的！！
