Staff are really friendly, and the service provided is beyond expectations! Free laundry is provided, and the staff will even go through the trouble to send it to your room if you don't have the time to wait for the wash to be complete.

Friendly n helpful front desk staff n housekeeper. They assisted in carrying our luggage from the entrance of the hotel when we arrived n offered advice on eateries n helped book our return taxi. It takes less than 5 minutes walk to the metro from hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is nice n staff is polite. The complimentary use of washing machine is helpful. Overall a pleasant experience n will use the hotel again when we next visit the city.

Excellent services. Staff were very friendly; always giving us minerals water bottle when we were heading out. They also allow late checkout until 2-3pm when we requested. The room is clean and amenities are not bad quality. Location is convenient too

Lovely! Perfect hotel. Location is good- we have sight seeing bus to take just right on this hotel road. However dont use google map - it will take you to somewhere else. Helpful staff. Hotel design is pretty everything new and clean. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom and amenity.

Front desk staff were great, they helped us make some calls, were helpful with suggestions, and accommodated some of our requests. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tea and snacks were a great way to start the day. The location is located near some sights and the subway. I would stay here again if I'm in Chengdu! We happened to stay here during the marathon, which woke us up around 06:30. Thankfully, we had to get up early anyways, but take the time to check if there are any events going on at the time.

Absolutely unbelievable service. 100 out of 100. I have been to the most exclusive hotels in the world from Paris to New York to London and Italy, and others and none of them can offer this kind of personal service whilst refusing point blank any tipping. As a foreigner without a word of Chinese i found the service astounding. Nothing, absolutely nothing is too much. They will even pay for your didi fare to facilitate your ride, do your laundry at no extra charge. Show you the best place to eat...i am still shocked. Its a 100 out of 100 for service. Fantastic location. Highly Recommended

We had a really excellent stay at Man xin hotel. The staff is so helpful, kind, and efficient. They helped me with a lot of things and went above and beyond each time. The housekeeping staff also kindly left my mom and I various items they thought we'd need including wipes for our eye glasses after noticing that we both wear them. It was really such a thoughtful gesture and we'll look forward to staying again

The location is very close to a metro station. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious.
